郑州航空港经济综合实验区航空物流发展战略研究

【摘要】：目前全球经济持续低迷,航空物流成为区域提升经济水平和增强竞争力的有力保障。2016年是十三五的开局年,我国经济结构调整与发展方式转变将进一步深化,全国各地区都在积极寻求新的经济增长点。河南省会郑州市为了寻求新的经济增长点和融进全球经济,大力发展郑州航空港综合实验区航空物流。目前该实验区航空物流发展尚处于初始阶段,仍然存在许多问题,对其发展所处的环境进行科学的分析,借鉴国内外航空港发展航空物流的经验,制定可持续的发展战略,具有非常重大的意义。本文以郑州航空港经济综合实验区为研究对象,以实验区航空物流发展战略为研究内容,通过文献资料法对国内外有关航空物流发展的文献进行综述,基于郑州航空港经济综合试验区发展背景及历程的阐述,对航空港实验区航空物流发展的现状及存在的问题进行说明,通借鉴国内外航空港发展航空物流的成功经验,通过PEST和SWOT对航空港实验区航空物流发展的行业宏观环境、内外部环境进行深入分析,在此基础上提出航空港实验区航空物流发展定位,明确了国际航空物流中心的目标定位,提出“SO”、“W O”“ST”“WT”战略,选择SO增长型战略作为航空港实验区区航空物流发展战略,为航空港实验区航空物流发展战略的实施提出了具体措施和建议,使战略管理理论在郑州航空港经济综合实验区航空物流发展方面的有效应用提供参考。
[Abstract]:At present, the global economy continues to be depressed, and aviation logistics has become a powerful guarantee for regional economic upgrading and competitiveness. 2016 is the opening year of the 13th Five-Year Plan, and China's economic restructuring and transformation of development mode will be further deepened. All regions throughout the country are actively seeking new economic growth points. In order to seek new economic growth points and integrate into the global economy, Zhengzhou City, the capital of Henan Province, vigorously develops the aviation logistics in Zhengzhou Airport Comprehensive Experimental area. At present, the development of aviation logistics in this experimental area is still in its initial stage, and there are still many problems. The environment in which it is developed is scientifically analyzed, and the sustainable development strategy is formulated by drawing lessons from the experience of developing aviation logistics at home and abroad. Of great significance. In this paper, the economic comprehensive experimental area of Zhengzhou Airport is taken as the research object, the development strategy of aviation logistics in the experimental area is taken as the research content, and the literature about the development of aviation logistics at home and abroad is summarized by the method of literature. Based on the development background and history of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Test area, this paper explains the present situation and existing problems of the development of aviation logistics in the experimental area of Air Port, and draws lessons from the successful experience of developing aviation logistics at home and abroad. By means of PEST and SWOT, the industry macro environment and internal and external environment of aviation logistics development in the experimental area of aviation port are deeply analyzed. On this basis, the development orientation of air logistics in the experimental area of aviation port is put forward, and the target position of the international aviation logistics center is defined. This paper puts forward "so", "W" St "WT" strategy, selects so growth strategy as aviation logistics development strategy of aviation port experimental area, and puts forward concrete measures and suggestions for the implementation of aviation logistics development strategy in airport experimental area. The effective application of the strategic management theory in the development of aviation logistics in the economic comprehensive experimental area of Zhengzhou Airport is provided.
