考虑不正常航班恢复成本的飞机排班计划的鲁棒性研究
[Abstract]:Aircraft scheduling is an important part of airline production planning. Reasonable aircraft scheduling can help the flight safety on time, reduce the operating costs of airlines, and improve passenger satisfaction. However, when the airline makes the optimal production plan, it will often be disturbed by the weather, flow control and other factors, so the operation result is not optimal, and even lead to serious flight delay. The cost of restoring flights to airlines is enormous. In order to reduce the impact of abnormal flights on the actual operation of airline production plans, this paper considers two factors, the expected recovery cost of flights and the robustness of flight planning, on the basis of summarizing common aircraft scheduling optimization methods. The classical aircraft scheduling resource assignment model is improved and a robust aircraft scheduling method considering the expected recovery cost is proposed. In the research of flight recovery cost, the cost of delay, cancellation, aircraft exchange and flight shunting are discussed. Combined with the probability of various recovery measures, the calculation method of flight expected recovery cost is obtained. In the aspect of robustness of aircraft scheduling, the sweep phenomenon of flight delay is analyzed, and the ratio of inherent delay to total delay is used to measure the robustness of flight scheduling. Finally, with the minimum total operating cost and the maximum total robustness of the scheduling plan, a dual objective robust aircraft scheduling model is established, and the model is constructed and solved by using AIMMS software. The numerical results show that the model can effectively improve the robustness of aircraft scheduling and achieve the balance between the cost and robustness of aircraft scheduling.
