O2O盈利模式对企业价值的影响研究——以滴滴出行为例

【摘要】:本文基于企业价值角度构建O2O企业盈利模式及其对企业价值的影响机理。首先解析O2O商业模式的价值网,明确企业价值的主要内容及O2O价值网构建企业盈利模式;其次,引入滴滴出行案例,从利润来源、企业定位、资产价值、外部环境等角度进一步分析O2O盈利模式对企业价值的影响机理;最后,构建估值模型论证O2O盈利模式对企业价值提升具有重要影响。
[Abstract]:This paper constructs O _ 2O profit model based on enterprise value and its influence mechanism on enterprise value. First, it analyzes the value net of the O2O business model, defines the main content of the enterprise value and constructs the profit model of the enterprise by the O2O value net, secondly, introduces the DiDi case, from the profit source, the enterprise localization, the asset value, From the perspective of external environment, we further analyze the influence mechanism of O _ 2O profit model on enterprise value. Finally, we build a valuation model to demonstrate that O _ 2O profit model has an important impact on enterprise value promotion.
