安徽交通投资集团发展战略研究

【摘要】:高速公路作为各种运输主导方式之一,已发展成为公路运输现代化的重要标志,从世界各国高速公路建设和营运的轨迹看,高速公路已成为推动各国社会经济发展的“加速器”。在运营管理中实现社会效益与自身经济效益相统一是高速公路经营企业的突出特点和发展要求。但目前面对复杂多变和竞争激烈的环境,受经济、交通流量、建设成本、体制机制等多种因素的影响,其投资效益逐步呈下降趋势发展。研究企业的发展战略制定及其有效实施,决定着企业能否基业长青。就战略发展而言,“方向比速度更重要”。从战略层面对企业总体发展进行统筹谋划对高速公路经营企业而言尤为重要。 为了促使企业加强资源的合理配置,优化资源结构,最大限度的利用和发挥资源效能,不断增强企业的协调、沟通与控制职能,本文以战略管理理论为指导,以安徽交投集团公司为研究对象,运用战略研究的分析方法和工具,在现状研究和发展趋势分析的基础上,提出安徽交投集团公司的战略定位、目标选择和制定的建议,并分析应采用的战略实施计划和措施对策,以此探讨该企业发展战略。 通过综合分析,本文认为目前我国高速公路产业处在发展期。安徽交投公司在中短期应以发展路产业为主,扩大自身的业务收入和资产规模,优化资产结构,提升综合获利能力;立足长期发展,公司必须高屋建瓴地拓展新增长领域,适时适度做大做强客运业和物流业,强化产业链拓展,形成路域经济一体化战略,并精细打造路域文化,把交投公司建设成为路域经济产业链一体化为核心业务,产业结构群合力完善,品牌影响力突出,具有高度创新能力,省内领先、国内一流、境内外具有重要影响力的投资运营型交通企业集团。希望本文的研究能够有助于解决交投公司在战略制定、保障措施的实施中有所启发,同时也为交通投资同类企业探究一些有益的参考。
[Abstract]:As one of the leading modes of transportation, expressway has developed into an important symbol of highway transportation modernization. Judging from the track of highway construction and operation in various countries of the world, Expressway has become the accelerator to promote the social and economic development of various countries. Realizing the unity of social benefits and economic benefits in operation and management is the outstanding characteristic and development requirement of expressway management enterprises. However, in the face of complicated and changeable environment and fierce competition, its investment benefit is gradually declining due to the influence of economy, traffic flow, construction cost, system mechanism and so on. The study of enterprise development strategy and its effective implementation determines whether the enterprise can survive. In terms of strategic development, "direction is more important than speed". It is particularly important for highway management enterprises to plan the overall development of enterprises from the strategic level. In order to promote enterprises to strengthen the rational allocation of resources, optimize the structure of resources, maximize the utilization and exertion of resource efficiency, and constantly enhance the coordination, communication and control functions of enterprises, this paper is guided by the theory of strategic management. Taking Anhui Exchange Group Corporation as the research object, using the analysis methods and tools of the strategic research, on the basis of the analysis of the present situation and the development trend, the paper puts forward the strategic positioning, the choice of the target and the suggestions of the formulation of the Anhui Exchange Group Company. The strategy implementation plan and countermeasures should be adopted in order to discuss the development strategy of the enterprise. Through the comprehensive analysis, this article thinks that our country highway industry is in the development period at present. In the short and medium term, Anhui trading company should focus on developing road industry, expand its own business income and asset scale, optimize its asset structure, and enhance its comprehensive profitability; based on long-term development, the company must develop new growth areas from a strategic perspective. Appropriate and timely enlargement and strengthening of passenger transport and logistics industry, strengthening of industrial chain expansion, formation of road economic integration strategy, and fine creation of road zone culture, making trading company into road economic and industrial chain integration as the core business, The industry structure group is perfect, the brand influence is outstanding, has the high innovation ability, the province is leading, the domestic first-class, the domestic and foreign has the important influence investment operation transportation enterprise group. It is hoped that the research in this paper will be helpful to solve the problem of strategy formulation and implementation of safeguard measures, and at the same time explore some useful references for the similar enterprises in the field of transportation investment.
