基于岗位需求的空中乘务专业人才培养模式探析

【摘要】：文章基于空中乘务专业就业岗位需求及岗位群的典型工作任务,分析了高职空中乘务专业人才培养模式中存在的问题,并提出解决对策。
[Abstract]:Based on the employment demand of air crew major and the typical tasks of job groups, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the personnel training mode of air crew major in Higher Vocational colleges, and puts forward some countermeasures.
