深圳定制公交运营模式优化研究

【摘要】：定制公交属于一种新公共交通服务方式,与常规公交、出租车等公共交通方式不一样。定制公交的特点和优势在很大程度上有助于缓解城市的交通拥堵和减轻城市的空气污染,很适合在当前中国许多城市发展。目前定制公交在深圳发展快速,但在其发展过程中产生了许多问题严重影响了定制公交的健康发展。本文以深圳定制公交的运营模式为研究对象,以期通过优化定制公交的运营模式在一定程度上解决当前深圳定制公交发展的问题。本文先对定制公交进行定义,分析定制公交的优势和适用条件,概括了定制公交运营模式的内涵,并对定制公交运营模式的四个主要方面即市场准入机制、线路规划、票价机制、服务评价和政府监管进行解释说明。然后介绍了深圳公共交通状况,说明深圳发展定制公交服务的必要性,根据定制公交的运营模式四个方面对深圳定制公交现状进行介绍,并针对当前深圳定制公交发展存在的问题和原因进行分析。再通过研究总结国内外城市的定制公交发展的经验,利用和借鉴其中适合深圳定制公交发展的经验和优点,优化深圳定制公交的运营模式,为解决深圳定制公交发展存在的问题提供可行方案,引导深圳定制公交健康发展。
[Abstract]:Customized public transportation is a new public transportation service, which is different from conventional public transportation and taxi. The characteristics and advantages of customized public transport are helpful to alleviate traffic congestion and reduce air pollution in cities to a great extent, and are suitable for development in many cities in China at present. At present, custom-built public transport develops rapidly in Shenzhen, but many problems have seriously affected the healthy development of custom-made public transport in the process of its development. In this paper, the operation model of customized public transport in Shenzhen is taken as the research object, in order to solve the problem of the development of customized public transport in Shenzhen to a certain extent by optimizing the operation mode of customized public transportation. In this paper, the author defines the custom public transport, analyzes the advantages and applicable conditions of the custom public transport, summarizes the connotation of the customized public transport operation mode, and gives the four main aspects of the customized public transport operation mode, namely, market access mechanism, route planning, and so on. Explain the fare mechanism, service evaluation and government regulation. Then it introduces the public transport situation in Shenzhen, explains the necessity of developing customized public transport service in Shenzhen, and introduces the current situation of customized public transport in Shenzhen according to four aspects of the operation mode of customized public transport. And the existing problems and reasons of the development of Shenzhen custom bus are analyzed. Then through the research and summary of the experience of the development of custom-built public transport at home and abroad, using and learning from the experience and advantages suitable for the development of custom-built public transport in Shenzhen, optimize the operation mode of the custom-built public transport in Shenzhen. In order to solve the problems existing in the development of customized public transport in Shenzhen and guide the healthy development of customized public transport in Shenzhen.
