铁路物流客户诚信分级评价系统研究

【摘要】:随着经济社会的不断发展和信用价值的不断发掘,客户信用管理体系建设被越来越多的现代物流企业所重视和应用。在阐述铁路物流客户诚信分级评价系统的建立原则和方法的基础上,阐明铁路物流客户诚信分级评价要素主要涵盖客户综合能力、路企合作情况、客户贡献度和考核项点?4?大类的?20?项点,实行四等十级制评价标准,提出基于客户信用等级区分给予优惠保障措施,以及日常维护和管理的建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society and the unceasing exploration of credit value, the construction of customer credit management system has been paid more and more attention to and applied by more and more modern logistics enterprises. On the basis of expounding the establishment principle and method of railway logistics customer credit grading evaluation system, this paper clarifies that railway logistics customer credit grading evaluation elements mainly include customer comprehensive ability, road and enterprise cooperation, customer contribution degree and examination items. A large class of 20? The evaluation standard of four grade and ten grade system is carried out, and the suggestion of giving preferential safeguard measures based on customer credit grade differentiation and daily maintenance and management is put forward.
