电煤物流网络中港口物流节点规模的确定

【摘要】:电煤物流网络由上游煤矿、下游用户、各类电煤物流节点以及中间的物流通道构成。各类电煤物流节点中,港口电煤物流节点在整个电煤物流网络中起到承上启下、调节供需的关键节点作用。港口电煤物流节点规模确定是电煤物流网络布局中的重要问题。但是,目前对于港口电煤物流节点规模的确定这一具体问题进行深入研究的著作或论文还不是很多。 本文结合HD集团的实际背景,针对港口电煤物流节点,围绕其规模的影响因素和确定方法展开研究。在港口电煤物流节点规模的影响因素分析中,针对能力规模和占地规模,从可量化和不可量化的角度提出15种影响因素,包括较为新颖的铁路运力利用率和单位运量能源消耗。基于各种影响因素,建立供需平衡模型确定节点总体能力规模,利用层次分析法确定单个节点的能力规模,随后在能力规模已定的条件下确定节点的占地规模。最后,结合HD集团B区域的实例进行实证分析,验证了所建模型的可行性和实用性。研究思路和方法对港口电煤物流节点规模的确定有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Power coal logistics network consists of upstream coal mine, downstream users, all kinds of power coal logistics nodes and intermediate logistics channels. Among all kinds of power coal logistics nodes, the port coal logistics node plays a key role in regulating supply and demand in the whole power coal logistics network. The determination of port coal logistics node size is an important issue in the distribution of power coal logistics network. However, there are not many works or papers on the determination of port coal logistics node scale. Based on the actual background of HD Group, this paper focuses on the influence factors and determination methods of the port coal logistics node. In the analysis of influencing factors of port power coal logistics node scale, in view of capacity scale and occupation scale, 15 kinds of influencing factors are put forward from quantifiable and non-quantifiable angle, including relatively novel railway capacity utilization ratio and energy consumption per unit capacity. Based on various influencing factors, the supply and demand balance model is established to determine the total capacity scale of the node, the capacity scale of a single node is determined by AHP, and the occupation scale of the node is determined under the condition that the capacity scale has been determined. Finally, the feasibility and practicability of the model are verified by the empirical analysis of HD Group B region. The research ideas and methods can be used for reference in determining the scale of port coal logistics node.
