基于KPI理论的铁路基层站段关键绩效指标研究

【摘要】:为使铁路运输企业将精力集中于影响企业经营目标的关键活动上,并最终完成总体绩效目标,在概述关键绩效指标(KPI)理论的基础上,根据铁路运输企业的总体考核要求,运用KPI方法工具,对影响经营业绩的安全、运输收入、利润、运量及周转量、客户等关键成功因素进行分析,在关键成功因素的基础上确定铁路运输企业下属基层站段的关键绩效指标,将关键绩效指标与每位员工的具体工作挂钩,以有效地对其工作情况进行评价。
[Abstract]:In order to make railway transportation enterprises focus on the key activities that affect the business objectives, and finally complete the overall performance goals, on the basis of summarizing the (KPI) theory of key performance indicators, according to the overall evaluation requirements of railway transport enterprises, The key success factors, such as safety, transportation income, profit, transportation volume, turnover and customer, are analyzed by using KPI method. On the basis of the key success factors, the key performance indicators of the subordinate stations and sections of railway transportation enterprises are determined, and the key performance indicators are linked to the specific work of each employee in order to evaluate their work situation effectively.
