高速公路标段团队知识学习影响因素的提炼与路径参数分析

【摘要】:社会和经济发展的需要对于高速公路建设项目的建设规模、建设内容等提出了更高的要求,其建设的高难度性及复杂性要求高速公路建设项目团队具备更高的建设水平。高速公路标段团队作为专业团队的聚合性团队,是高速公路建设的主体团队,该团队知识学习的演化形态以及其对知识学习过程的掌握程度至关重要,是团队建设水平的重要体现。然而标段团队相对于企业团队成员结构更加复杂,团队知识学习受众多因素影响,各因素的影响程度不同,影响路径也具有多样性。因此对高速公路标段团队的知识学习及其影响因素进行研究就变得尤为重要。 本文首先界定了高速公路标段团队的涵义,,结合其团队特点分析了其团队知识学习的特征,并从高速公路标段团队知识学习过程出发研究了标段团队知识学习的演化形态及其渐进、重构的两种模式。本文采用扎根理论的研究方法,通过开放性编码、关联性编码及选择性编码三个关键程序提炼出影响标段团队知识学习的因素,包括知识主体学习能力、知识学习激励方式、知识学习途径和知识学习环境等四个方面,针对这四个方面的因素分析了它们对标段团队知识学习过程的影响作用。基于结构方程模型的基础上建立了标段团队知识学习影响因素路径参数分析的指标体系,并设计了用于收集模型数据的题项量表问卷,构建了标段团队知识学习影响因素的结构方程模型。结合案例的运用,通过验证性因素分析以及模型估计、评价等步骤得到标段团队知识学习影响因素的路径关系及路径参数,针对该路径参数的分析结果给出了促进该标段团队知识学习的对策与建议。 本文的研究是将知识学习过程与知识演化相结合,对高速公路标段团队知识学习的影响因素进行了提炼,并通过结构方程模型的运用对其路径参数进行了分析,是对项目团队知识管理研究领域的视角拓展,对高速公路标段团队和其他项目团队知识学习效果的提高及团队知识学习的演化进程推进提供了一定的参考作用。
[Abstract]:The needs of social and economic development put forward higher requirements for the construction scale and content of expressway construction projects, and the high difficulty and complexity of the construction require the expressway construction project teams to have a higher level of construction. As the collective team of the professional team, the expressway segment team is the main team of highway construction. The evolutionary form of knowledge learning and its mastery of the process of knowledge learning are very important. It is an important embodiment of the level of team building. However, compared with the member structure of enterprise team, segment team is more complex, team knowledge learning is affected by many factors, the influence degree of each factor is different, and the influence path is also diverse. So it is very important to study the knowledge learning and its influencing factors. This paper first defines the meaning of the expressway segment team, and analyzes the characteristics of its team knowledge learning combined with the characteristics of its team. Based on the knowledge learning process of expressway segment team, this paper studies the evolution of segment team knowledge learning and its two models of gradual and reconstruction. In this paper, through three key programs, open coding, association coding and selective coding, the factors that affect the knowledge learning of segment teams are extracted, including the learning ability of knowledge subject and the motivation mode of knowledge learning. According to the four aspects of knowledge learning approach and knowledge learning environment, this paper analyzes the influence of these four factors on the process of knowledge learning of segment teams. Based on the structural equation model, an index system of path parameter analysis of influencing factors of segment team knowledge learning was established, and a questionnaire was designed to collect model data. The structural equation model of influencing factors of segment team knowledge learning is constructed. Combined with the application of the case, the path relationship and path parameters of the influencing factors of segment team knowledge learning are obtained through confirmatory factor analysis, model estimation, evaluation and so on. According to the analysis results of the path parameters, the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the knowledge learning of the segment team are given. In this paper, the knowledge learning process and knowledge evolution are combined, and the influencing factors of expressway team knowledge learning are refined, and the path parameters are analyzed through the application of structural equation model. It is an extension to the research field of project team knowledge management and provides a certain reference for improving the effect of knowledge learning and the evolutionary process of team knowledge learning for highway segment teams and other project teams.
