高速铁路开行高速快运列车的经验借鉴与对策

【摘要】：根据国内外学者研究高速铁路开行高速快运列车的现状,总结德国、法国和欧洲快捷铁路物流协会的高速快运列车开行经验,从车站设施配置、线路设施、车型设计、运输组织、运输安全、规章制度体系等方面分析我国在高速线路上开行高速快运列车所面临的主要问题,结合我国目前利用确认车开展小规模物流运输的现状,提出适合我国国情的高速快运列车的开行对策。
[Abstract]:According to the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the current situation of high-speed railway operating high-speed express train, this paper sums up the high-speed express train operation experience of Germany, France and European Express Railway Logistics Association, from the station facilities configuration, line facilities, model design, In the aspects of transportation organization, transportation safety, system of rules and regulations and so on, this paper analyzes the main problems that our country faces in running high-speed express trains on high-speed lines, and combines the current situation of using confirmed vehicles to carry out small-scale logistics transportation in our country. The operation countermeasures of high speed express train suitable for our country are put forward.
