基于航运公司视角的青岛港港口服务质量研究

【摘要】:随着近年来国际贸易进出口的快速发展,我国各港口业进入快速发展时期,2008年以来全球港口吞吐量最新排名中,处于前十位的港口,中国占到了八个。在中国港口快速发展的过程中,不仅带来了中国港口硬件设施水平在短时期内的快速提高,同时也带来了很多不可避免的问题,即港口建设仅仅追求基础设施的建设,而缺乏服务意识,港口服务质量不高。 青岛港作为我国仅次于上海、深圳的第三大集装箱运输港口,发展势头强劲。青岛港一直以服务作为吸引合作伙伴、承揽货源、竞争取胜的金字招牌,,也是世界上唯一承诺在10小时内完成轮船从靠岸到装卸集装箱后离港的港口。青岛港良好的发展离不开与航运公司的密切合作,港口与航运公司作为不同的利益群体,他们之间通过货物紧密联系在一起,航运公司是港口的主要服务对象;反过来,航运公司充足的货源也促进了港口的发展。所以在进行港口服务质量研究时要充分考虑航运公司的因素,对影响航运公司港口选择的因素进行分析。 本文以一种全新的视角,以青岛港港口服务质量为切入点,立足于航运公司的角度,研究了青岛港港口服务质量的问题。认为港航互动对于港口与航运公司而言可以达到双赢,不但提高了港口的核心竞争力,也降低了航运公司的成本。在文章的最后,为青岛港的未来发展方向提供了一个崭新的视角。除此之外,本文在对青岛地区航运公司发放调查问卷的基础上,提出了以航运公司为服务对象的港口服务质量三级评价指标体系,并对青岛港的服务质量进行了实证研究,最后提出针对于航运公司的青岛港港口服务质量改建措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of import and export of international trade in recent years, China's port industry has entered a period of rapid development. In the latest ranking of global port throughput since 2008, China accounts for eight of the top 10 ports. In the process of rapid development of Chinese ports, it not only brings about the rapid improvement of the level of port hardware facilities in a short period of time, but also brings a lot of inevitable problems, that is, port construction only pursues the construction of infrastructure. And lack of service consciousness, port service quality is not high. Qingdao Port is the third largest container port in China after Shanghai and Shenzhen. Qingdao Port has been serving as a partner to attract goods, competition won the gold-lettered signboard, but also the world's only promise in 10 hours to complete the ship docked to the loading and unloading containers after departure from the port. The good development of Qingdao Port can not be achieved without close cooperation with shipping companies. As different interest groups, ports and shipping companies are closely linked through goods, and shipping companies are the main clients of port services. The development of the port was also promoted by the shipping company's sufficient supply of goods. Therefore, the factors affecting the port selection of shipping companies should be fully taken into account in the study of port service quality. In this paper, the service quality of Qingdao Port is studied from a new angle of view, which is based on the view of shipping company. It is considered that the interaction between ports and shipping companies can achieve a win-win situation, which not only improves the core competitiveness of ports, but also reduces the cost of shipping companies. At the end of the article, it provides a new perspective for the future development of Qingdao Port. In addition, based on the questionnaire of Qingdao regional shipping company, this paper puts forward a three-level evaluation index system of port service quality, and makes an empirical study on the service quality of Qingdao port. At last, the paper puts forward the measures for the service quality reconstruction of Qingdao Port for the shipping company.
