深圳港港口供应链的协同管理研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济规模的日益扩大,供应链结构日趋复杂,港口经营逐渐多元化。港口作为全球综合运输网络的节点,不仅是联接水陆运输的枢纽,也是国际贸易往来各类货物的集散地,在国际贸易中占据着重要位置。随着我国经济的稳定增长以及国际贸易的迅猛发展,港口间的竞争愈加激烈。港口的业务能力管理对港口的竞争力提高具有重要的作用,其功能在不断拓宽,与现代物流供应链的关系也越来越密切,成为港口竞争的核心环节。港口与供应链关系发展经历了分离、整合和嵌入三个阶段,形成了以港口为核心节点的港口供应链的形态。港口已逐步转变为综合运输体系网络中的核心节点,并成为了商品流、资金流及信息流的中心。 如何对港口供应链中的各节点之间的行为进行协同管理已经成为当前研究的热点问题。本文将港口作为供应链上的一个核心节点,以深圳港为研究实例,借助港口发展阶段性理论和供应链管理理论,探讨如何进行港口供应链的协同管理。 首先根据对国内外港口供应链研究现状进行分析,同时基于对港口企业现状调研后,指出其与传统供应链的差异,并对供应链管理的基础理论进行梳理,提出港口供应链的概念。然后分别从静态和动态两方面研究了港口供应链的内、外部和纵、横向四个维度,并对港口企业供应链进行设计与构建;对影响港口供应链协同管理的重要指标进行评价体系的构建与分析,提出适合深圳港港口供应链协同管理的发展模式。根据协同管理理论,对深圳港港口供应链柔性进行评价,并构建柔性评价指标体系,选取符合深圳港港口供应链柔性运作特点的指标,建立指标体系,并利用一种改进的模糊综合评价法,得出深圳港港口供应链的柔性水平。最后根据该模式构建了基于协同管理的信息系统,并提出了促进深圳港港口供应链协同发展的目标与对策。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of the global economy, the supply chain structure is becoming more and more complex, and the port management is gradually diversified. As the node of the global integrated transportation network, port is not only the hub of land and water transportation, but also the distribution center of various kinds of goods in international trade, which occupies an important position in international trade. With the steady growth of Chinese economy and the rapid development of international trade, the competition between ports is becoming more and more fierce. The management of port's business ability plays an important role in enhancing the competitiveness of the port, and its function is continuously broadened, and the relationship with the modern logistics supply chain is becoming more and more close, which has become the core link of port competition. The relationship between port and supply chain has experienced three stages: separation, integration and embedding, which forms the port supply chain with port as the core node. The port has been gradually transformed into the core node in the integrated transportation system network, and has become the center of commodity flow, capital flow and information flow. How to manage the behavior of each node in the port supply chain has become a hot issue. This paper takes the port as a core node in the supply chain, taking Shenzhen Port as an example, discusses how to carry out the cooperative management of the port supply chain with the help of the stage theory of port development and the theory of supply chain management. First of all, according to the domestic and foreign port supply chain research status analysis, at the same time, based on the current situation of port enterprises, points out the difference between the supply chain and traditional supply chain, and combs the basic theory of supply chain management. The concept of port supply chain is put forward. Then the static and dynamic aspects of the port supply chain are studied from the internal, external and vertical, horizontal four dimensions, and the port enterprise supply chain design and construction; Based on the analysis of the evaluation system of the important indexes affecting the cooperative management of the port supply chain, a development model suitable for the cooperation management of the port supply chain of Shenzhen Port is put forward. According to the cooperative management theory, this paper evaluates the flexibility of the supply chain of Shenzhen port, constructs the index system of flexibility evaluation, selects the index which accords with the flexible operation characteristics of the supply chain of Shenzhen port, and establishes the index system. Using an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the flexibility level of Shenzhen Port supply chain is obtained. Finally, based on the model, the information system based on collaborative management is constructed, and the goal and countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of the supply chain of Shenzhen Port are put forward.
