YH海运发展战略研究

【摘要】:YH海运为一家成立仅五年的民营中小航运企业,在公司开业后没多久国内外经济和航运市场就开始下滑,船舶运力增长过快,供求严重失衡,市场竞争进一步加剧,众多航运企业深陷低谷,举步维艰。YH海运从公司成立开始基本上都处于艰难经营的状态,公司该如何重新定位,未来该怎么发展是公司的管理层一直在思考的问题。论文对YH海运进行科学全面的分析,选择适合公司当前状况的发展战略,并且制定具体的实施措施,对YH海运的生存和发展具有重大的现实意义。 首先,论文在数据、报告和相关文献等资料的基础上,运用企业战略管理的基本分析思路和方法,对YH海运的外部环境进行PEST分析和波特五力模型分析,论文从政治法律环境、经济环境、技术环境、社会文化环境和行业竞争环境五个方面进行具体分析;通过对YH海运内部环境和各种资源的分析,明确公司的竞争优势和当前存在的劣势和不足。确定公司面临的外部环境的机遇和威胁,以及公司自身的竞争优势和薄弱环节。 然后,运用SWOT分析法制定了YH海运发展的备选战略,再进一步选用QSPM(定量战略计划矩阵)进行定量分析,最后选定WT防御性战略作为公司的发展战略,以渡过公司的困难时期,为下一阶段的发展做好准备。 最后,在既定战略的基础上,制定公司的战略实施策略,以及战略实施的保证措施,确保公司既定的战略决策能够如期有效实现。 论文研究结果可以指导YH海运现阶段的生存和发展,论文的分析方法、分析过程和研究结论对台州以及国内民营中小航运企业的战略制定和实施具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:YH sea is a private small and medium-sized shipping enterprise founded only five years ago. After the opening of the company, the domestic and foreign economic and shipping markets begin to decline, the ship capacity increases rapidly, the supply and demand are seriously unbalanced, the market competition is further aggravated, and many shipping enterprises are mired in the low ebb and difficulty. YH maritime transport is basically in difficult operation since the establishment of the company, how to relocate the company, how to develop in the future is the company's management has been thinking about the problem. This paper makes a scientific and comprehensive analysis of YH maritime transportation, selects the development strategy suitable for the current situation of the company, and develops concrete implementation measures, which has great practical significance to the survival and development of YH maritime transportation. Firstly, on the basis of data, report and relevant literature, the paper analyzes the external environment of YH sea by carrying out PEST analysis and Porter's five-force model analysis on the external environment of YH sea by using the basic analysis thought and method of enterprise strategic management. This paper makes a concrete analysis of five aspects of environment, social culture environment and industry competition environment, and makes clear the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the company by analyzing the internal environment and various resources of YH maritime transportation.
