陕西高速公路服务区管理公司企业文化建设研究

【摘要】:文化建设在企业经营和发展过程中的重要性越发显现,对高速公路经营企业也不例外。企业文化建设有助于提高企业员工的能力,有助于增强企业内部凝聚力,促进提升企业核心竞争力。如何创建优秀的企业文化,使高速公路经营企业既能在竞争中实现最大价值,又能兼顾高速公路服务的“公共性”,是摆在高速公路经营企业面前的现实而重要的任务。 本论文以陕西高速公路服务区管理公司的企业文化建设为研究对象,通过对企业文化建设工作相关负责人和一线员工的实践调查,采用案例分析、定性和定量分析相结合的研究方法,经过问卷调查、数据对比、用户走访等形式,分析该公司企业文化建设中存在的主要问题,探究问题的成因。研究发现陕西高速公路服务区管理公司企业文化建设存在的问题主要表现在三个方面:(1)物质文化建设的主题不够明确,创新不足;(2)制度文化建设层面存在多人指挥但无人负责的现象,人员投入不足,领导推诿责任,审批程序烦琐,决策缓慢,制度执行力不够强,制度保障依旧缺乏;(3)精神文化建设体系不够完整,员工因对企业精神文化的认识不足而缺失认同感。问题的根本原因是该公司没有形成一套行之有效的企业文化体系。针对上述问题,论文运用一定的设计方法,分别从物质文化、制度文化和精神文化三个层面系统地设计了陕西高速公路服务区管理公司的企业文化建设方案,提出了企业文化建设方案的指导思想、文化建设基本目标、主要思路和实施步骤,从企业文化建设的组织领导、核心理念、制度建设、品牌塑造、资金保障等方面提出了公司开展企业文化建设的保障措施。 本论文系统分析了陕西高速公路服务区管理公司这一典型的高速公路经营管理企业文化建设现状,并提出了企业文化建设方案和实施措施,对提升该企业的整体管理水平、增强企业核心竞争力、促进企业持续发展具有重要意义,并且为我国高速公路经营企业的企业文化建设提供了一定的参考依据。
[Abstract]:Cultural construction is becoming more and more important in the process of enterprise management and development. The construction of enterprise culture helps to improve the ability of employees, strengthen the cohesion within the enterprise, and promote the core competitiveness of the enterprise. How to create excellent enterprise culture and make expressway management enterprise realize maximum value in competition and give consideration to the "publicity" of expressway service is a realistic and important task in front of expressway management enterprise. This paper takes the enterprise culture construction of Shaanxi Expressway Service area Management Company as the research object, through the practical investigation to the related person in charge of the enterprise culture construction work and the front-line staff, adopts the case analysis, The research method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, through questionnaire survey, data contrast, user visit and other forms, analyzes the main problems in the construction of the company's corporate culture, and probes into the causes of the problems. The study found that there are three main problems in the enterprise culture construction of Shaanxi Expressway Service area Management Company: (1) the theme of material culture construction is not clear enough, and the innovation is insufficient; (2) there are many people command but no one is responsible in the level of system culture construction, the personnel input is insufficient, the leadership shirks the responsibility, the examination and approval procedure is cumbersome, the decision is slow, the system execution is not strong enough, the system guarantee is still lacking; (3) the construction system of spiritual culture is not complete, and the employees lack the sense of identity because of the lack of understanding of the spirit culture of the enterprise. The root cause of the problem is that the company has not formed an effective corporate culture system. Aiming at the above problems, the thesis systematically designs the enterprise culture construction plan of Shaanxi Expressway Service area Management Company from three levels of material culture, system culture and spiritual culture by using certain design methods. This paper puts forward the guiding ideology, the basic goal, the main idea and the implementation steps of the enterprise culture construction plan, from the organizational leadership, the core idea, the system construction, the brand shaping of the enterprise culture construction. Capital security and other aspects of the company to carry out corporate culture construction safeguards. This paper systematically analyzes the present situation of the typical expressway management enterprise culture construction of Shaanxi Expressway Service area Management Company, and puts forward the enterprise culture construction plan and implementation measures to improve the overall management level of the enterprise. It is of great significance to strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises and promote the sustainable development of enterprises, and it provides a certain reference for the construction of corporate culture of expressway enterprises in China.
