基于SE-DEA模型的国际油轮航运企业竞争力研究

【摘要】:金融危机之后,国际原油综合运价指数低位震荡,各种经营成本上升造成油运市场竞争加剧。与此同时,中国进口原油数量逐年上升,然而国内油轮航运企业承运份额较低,中国油轮船队建设任重道远。油轮航运企业要提高“国油国运”比重,并且在不明朗的国际油轮运输市场中谋求生存与发展,就必须不断提高自身的综合竞争实力。 本文首先对现有竞争力方面的研究(重点在于指标体系和研究方法)进行归纳。其次结合在《中海集团全面风险管理》课题项目,以及在上海航运交易所实习的经验,提出一套反映油运企业特性的竞争力评价指标体系。进而引入SE-DEA模型,选取国内外几家知名油轮航运企业进行横向比较,并且从纵向角度分析招商能源2006~2010年的竞争力变化趋势。计算结果显示,虽然招商能源在六大油运企业中整体表现最佳,但在联盟程度、市场占有率、企业品牌、船队规模等方面仍需进一步改善。本文的研究对于国际油轮航运企业提高运营效率、加强市场竞争力具有一定的科学参考价值。
[Abstract]:After the financial crisis, the low price index of international crude oil price fluctuates, and various operating costs rise, which results in intensified competition in the oil transportation market. At the same time, the quantity of crude oil imported by China is increasing year by year, however, the share of domestic tanker shipping enterprises is low, and the construction of Chinese tanker fleet has a long way to go. In order to increase the proportion of "national oil transportation" and to seek survival and development in the uncertain international tanker transportation market, tanker shipping enterprises must constantly improve their comprehensive competitive strength. In this paper, the existing competitiveness of the research (focus on the index system and research methods) are summarized. Secondly, combining with the project of "Comprehensive risk Management of China Shipping Group" and the experience of practicing in Shanghai Shipping Exchange, a set of competitive evaluation index system is put forward to reflect the characteristics of oil transportation enterprises. Then the SE-DEA model is introduced, and several well-known tanker shipping enterprises at home and abroad are selected to carry out horizontal comparison, and the trend of competitiveness of China Merchants Energy from 2006 to 2010 is analyzed from the longitudinal point of view. The results show that although the overall performance of China Merchants is the best among the six major oil transportation enterprises, the degree of alliance, market share, enterprise brand and fleet size still need to be further improved. The research of this paper has certain scientific reference value for the international tanker shipping enterprises to improve the operation efficiency and strengthen the market competitiveness.
