【摘要】:正回顾中国高速铁路(以下简称为"高铁")的发展历程,可以看到,中国高铁经过20多年的预研和近10年的大规模建设,2万公里的网络形态已逐渐完善,运营里程占据世界高铁运营里程的60%。中国高铁正在深刻地改变着国内的交通运输格局,提升了交通运输的服务质量,塑造着人们新的出行文化。对于这样一个投资巨大的国家发展战略,发展高铁对于中国的意义早已不再局限于提高交通运输能力,而是触及对区域城市发展乃至国民经济和国家
[Abstract]:Looking back on the development of China's high-speed railway (hereinafter referred to as "high-speed rail"), we can see that after more than 20 years of pre-study and large-scale construction of China's high-speed railway, the network form of 20,000 kilometers has gradually improved. Operating mileage accounts for 60 percent of the world's high-speed rail operating mileage. China's high-speed rail is profoundly changing the domestic transport pattern, improving the quality of transport services and shaping people's new travel culture. For such a huge investment in national development strategy, the development of high-speed rail for China has long been no longer limited to improve transport capacity, but to the development of regional cities and even the national economy and the country.
