天津交通职业学院空乘人才培养模式研究

【摘要】:大力发展高等职业教育是实施“科教兴国”战略和“人才强国”战略的客观要求,高职高专院校人才在我国民航服务业中扮演着重要的角色。伴随着我国国民经济的飞速发展,,我国民用航空产业迎来了大发展契机。在民航类人才需求量急剧增加的大背景下,分析出一套具有自身特色的空中乘务专业人才培养模式,不仅可以促进学院专业人才的教育培养改革,还能够使毕业生在就业时可以与民航类企业更好的完成对接。 本文通过介绍目前我国民航业空乘人才培养的发展现状,分析出天津交通职业学院目前存在的问题以及成因,运用SWOT分析,对学院空中乘务专业人才培养模式给出了自己的设计方案。最后,以提高学生就业竞争力为切入点,针对如何落实新型的人才培养模式提出了师资建设、课程体系、实习实训等方面相应的对策建议。 文章的创新之处是在学院人才培养模式的分析上借鉴战略管理的“SWOT分析”,通过对比其他民航类专业院校,找出机会、威胁、优势、劣势,并对学院空中乘务专业进行战略定位。随后,基于这些分析,对比提出符合学院特色的“二三四二”模式。通过本文可以看出,要想学院专业发展立足于全国领先水平,必须依靠改革,构建新型人才培养模式,发挥自身优势,这样才可以培养出符合企业需求的合格的服务技能型人才。
[Abstract]:Vigorously developing higher vocational education is the objective requirement of implementing the strategy of "rejuvenating the country through science and education" and "strengthening the country with talent". The talents of higher vocational colleges and colleges play an important role in the civil aviation service industry of our country. With the rapid development of our national economy, China's civil aviation industry ushered in a great opportunity for development. Against the background of the rapid increase in the demand for civil aviation talents, this paper analyzes a set of training mode of air crew personnel with its own characteristics, which can not only promote the reform of the education and training of college professionals, Can also enable graduates in employment and civil aviation enterprises to better complete docking. This paper introduces the current development of civil aviation flight attendants in China, analyzes the existing problems and causes of Tianjin Jiaotong Vocational College, and applies SWOT to analyze the development of civil aviation flight attendants. This paper gives its own design scheme for the training mode of personnel of air crew specialty in college. Finally, in order to improve the employment competitiveness of students, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to implement the new talent training mode, such as teacher construction, curriculum system, practice training and so on. The innovation of this paper is to draw lessons from the "SWOT analysis" of strategic management in the analysis of talent training mode in colleges and universities, and to find out the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses by comparing other civil aviation professional colleges. And carries on the strategic localization to the college air crew specialty. Then, based on these analyses, the author contrasts and puts forward the "2342" model which accords with the characteristics of the college. Through this article, we can see that if we want to base our professional development on the national leading level, we must rely on reform, construct a new type of talent training model, and bring our own advantages into full play. Only in this way can we cultivate qualified service skilled personnel who meet the needs of enterprises.
