宁波公交总公司公交驾驶员工作满意度提升研究

【摘要】:随着“公交优先”战略上升为国家战略,“公交都市”在全国如火如荼进行,城市公共交通发展取得了显著成效。但是作为城市公共交通最直接的服务者—公交驾驶员的境遇却并不乐观,其工作满意度也逐渐成为公交企业高度关注的焦点。本篇论文通过对宁波公交总公司公交驾驶员工作满意度现状的分析,研究提升公交驾驶员工作满意度的对策,为解决该公司在企业发展中遇到的难题提供参考,也为其他公交企业改进公交驾驶员工作满意度提供了有益的借鉴。本篇论文对员工工作满意度的内涵与界定、影响因素、理论基础、测量方法与工具等进行了系统的研究,对国内外相关文献进行了梳理。在此基础上,以宁波公交总公司公交驾驶员为研究对象,结合企业实际和公交驾驶员的特点,自行编制调查问卷。从性别、、年龄、学历和入企年限等人口统计因素和工资薪酬、福利待遇、工作条件(背景)、工作本身、企业管理和企业整体等维度,对宁波公交总公司公交驾驶员工作满意度进行调查研究,并寻找出收入水平偏低且增长不快、工资绩效内外公平性有待提高、福利待遇仍需逐步完善、职业特性带来身心健康挑战、企业管理有待进一步加强等导致公交驾驶员工作满意度较低的深层次问题。根据影响满意度的因素及存在的问题,提出了科学改善工资薪酬体系、合理优化企业福利待遇、着力改善职工身心健康、持续提升企业管理水平、积极推进企业文化建设等提升宁波公交总公司公交驾驶员工作满意度的对策。
[Abstract]:With the development of "public transport priority" as the national strategy, the "public transportation city" is in full swing throughout the country, and the development of urban public transportation has achieved remarkable results. However, as the most direct service of urban public transport, bus drivers are not optimistic, and their job satisfaction has gradually become the focus of public transport enterprises. Based on the analysis of the status quo of bus drivers' job satisfaction in Ningbo Public Transport Corporation, this paper studies the countermeasures to improve the bus drivers' job satisfaction, and provides a reference for solving the problems encountered by the company in the development of enterprises. It also provides a useful reference for other bus enterprises to improve bus drivers' job satisfaction. This paper systematically studies the connotation and definition of employee job satisfaction, influencing factors, theoretical basis, measurement methods and tools, and combs the relevant literature at home and abroad. On this basis, taking the bus driver of Ningbo Public Transport Corporation as the research object, and combining the characteristics of the enterprise and the bus driver, the questionnaire is compiled by ourselves. In terms of demographic factors such as gender, age, education and length of entry, and dimensions such as wages, salaries, benefits, working conditions (background), work itself, business management, and business as a whole, This paper investigates the job satisfaction of bus drivers in Ningbo Public Transport Corporation, and finds out that the income level is on the low side and the growth is not fast, the equity of salary performance and internal and external equity needs to be improved, and the welfare treatment still needs to be improved step by step. The occupational characteristics bring about physical and mental health challenges, and the enterprise management needs to be further strengthened, which leads to the lower job satisfaction of bus drivers. According to the factors affecting the satisfaction degree and the existing problems, the paper puts forward the scientific improvement of the salary and salary system, the rational optimization of the welfare treatment of the enterprise, the improvement of the health of the workers and staff, and the continuous improvement of the management level of the enterprise. Actively promote the construction of corporate culture and other measures to improve the job satisfaction of bus drivers in Ningbo Public Transport Corporation.
