基于员工满意度的HS公司人力资源管理研究

【摘要】:一直以来,机械配置、专利技术、生产经验、员工等因素是港口行业发展水平最重要的几项指标。但随着经济贸易全球化的推行,港口行业的竞争愈发激烈,越来越多的企业经营者意识到员工才是影响企业发展最根本、最关键的因素。拥有了知识型、技能型、复合型人才,并利用人力资源管理手段最大限度地激励员工发挥潜力,才能够在竞争越来越激烈的市场中谋得一席之地。正是在这种环境下,人力资源管理被企业经营者重视并得到应用。员工满意度调查是企业人力资源管理较为常见的工具。通过调查,搭建企业内部纵向交流渠道,真实地反映出企业生产经营方面存在的问题,为管理者在制定决策时提供真实可靠的依据。本文选取HS公司作为港口企业特别是件杂货码头的代表进行员工满意度调查研究。在对国内外研究成果、人力资源管理相关理论研读的基础上,设计适用于HS公司的员工满意度调查问卷。问卷共涉及总体、工作、回报、团队、管理和发展等6大指标。利用EXCEL和IBM SPSS Statistics 21统计软件对数据进行整理、分析,深入挖掘影响该公司满意度的关键因素。通过对数据的分析,发现该公司在四个方面有待于完善。即员工价值满意度需要进一步提升、薪酬激励制度不完善、人才培养晋升机制不健全、缺乏高端技术人才。结合该公司实际情况,本文为HS公司提出五点建议措施。即建立员工满意度调查制度,确保及时发现企业存在的问题;进一步完善企业文化,增强企业凝聚力、号召力;建立合理的考核体系和薪酬激励制度,实现员工激励多元化;搭建科学的培训平台,提升员工综合素质水平;加强干部队伍梯队建设,激发企业发展原动力。
[Abstract]:All the time, machinery configuration, patent technology, production experience, staff and other factors are the most important indicators of port industry development level. However, with the implementation of economic and trade globalization, the competition in the port industry is becoming more and more fierce. More and more business operators realize that employees are the most fundamental and key factors affecting the development of enterprises. With the knowledge, skill and compound talents, and the human resource management means to maximize the incentive of staff to play their potential, in order to find a place in the increasingly competitive market. It is in this environment that human resource management is valued and applied by business operators. Employee satisfaction survey is a common tool for enterprise human resource management. Through the investigation, the vertical communication channel within the enterprise is set up, which truly reflects the problems existing in the production and management of the enterprise, and provides a true and reliable basis for the manager to make the decision. This paper selects HS Company as the representative of port enterprise, especially the cargo wharf, to investigate the employee satisfaction. Based on the study of domestic and foreign research results and human resource management theory, a questionnaire for HS employee satisfaction is designed. The questionnaire covers 6 indicators: overall, work, reward, team, management and development. Using EXCEL and IBM SPSS Statistics 21 statistical software, the data are sorted out, analyzed, and the key factors that affect the satisfaction of the company are deeply excavated. Through the analysis of the data, it is found that the company needs to be improved in four aspects. That is, employee value satisfaction needs to be further improved, salary incentive system is not perfect, talent training and promotion mechanism is not perfect, lack of high-end technical talents. Combined with the actual situation of the company, this paper puts forward five suggestions for HS Company. That is, to establish the investigation system of employee satisfaction, to ensure the timely discovery of the problems existing in the enterprise; to further improve the corporate culture, enhance the cohesion and appeal of the enterprise; to establish a reasonable assessment system and salary incentive system to achieve diversity of staff motivation; Build a scientific training platform, improve the level of comprehensive quality of staff, strengthen the construction of echelon of cadre team, stimulate the motive force of enterprise development.
