昌九一体化区域内公路可达性研究
[Abstract]:Changjiu integration is an economic development strategy put forward by the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government in 2013, in order to respond to the development of the urban agglomeration in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and to promote the construction of the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone. The purpose of this paper is to make the leading cities of economic development in Nanchang and Jiujiang carry out coordinated industrial arrangements, share resources and develop in a coordinated way, and form a demonstration development model of regional economic cooperation to lead the overall economic development of the whole province. In view of the basic position and important role of traffic service capacity in regional development, the research on regional economic integration often puts traffic service capacity and construction level at the key position, and accessibility is the powerful index to evaluate the traffic service level. This paper chooses to study the accessibility of highway traffic in Changjiu region from the perspective of promoting the integration of Changjiu. There are the following considerations: (1) there are few studies on the integrated development of the less developed areas in China; (2) the important strategic deployment of Changjiu integrated Jiangxi Province, whose development can promote the economic development of the whole province and optimize the industrial layout; (3) the application of microcosmic research methods and theories in small microregions is of practical significance in expanding the application scale of reachability. Based on the purpose of promoting the integration of Changjiu and Changjiu, the paper takes the cost of time distance as the evaluation index, and quantifies the accessibility of highway traffic in Changjiu region by the way of combining various scales from different levels. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate whether the existing highway transportation infrastructure and service capacity can meet the strategic requirements of Changjiu integration. The results show that: 1) the hourly AC circle with Nanchang city and Jiujiang city as the core has covered most areas of Changjiu region, and the effect of co-urbanization has been preliminarily shown; 2) under the influence of space distance and traffic condition, urban road traffic system affects the convenience of communication between urban areas, so it is necessary to further improve the traffic capacity and accessibility level of the main and secondary trunk roads in urban areas; 3) the overall accessibility of Changjiu region is good, but there are great differences within the region. The distribution pattern of reachability shows high grade road directivity and road network density directivity. It is necessary to further optimize the regional road network planning and improve the balance of road network layout. 4) the water system has an obvious barrier effect on the accessibility of highway traffic in Changjiu region, and there is a great difference in the reachability between the two sides of the river system, so it is necessary to combine the tunnel and bridge construction to reduce the influence of the water system on the accessibility. On the basis of the above analysis, in view of the existing traffic construction, the paper puts forward some scientific and reasonable opinions and suggestions on traffic construction and planning from the angle of enhancing the integration of Changjiu and Changjiu.
