基于物联网的铁路运营安全数字化管理系统运作机制研究

【摘要】:近几年铁路事故频频发生,大大削弱了铁路在运输领域的竞争实力及经济效益。十八大召开后,国务院正式宣布了铁道部政企分开这一重大事项,中国铁路总公司将全面负责铁路的安全生产运营,铁路运营安全与否、效率高低将直接决定铁路总公司的发展前程。物联网作为新一代的信息技术大力支撑了数字化管理运营,而且数字化管理在国内外备受关注,并推动众多企业面向现代化的成功转型。然而目前我国铁路仍沿用传统的安全管理方式,因此将物联网等信息技术应用到铁路运营安全管理中,将具有极大的理论与现实意义。那么基于物联网的铁路运营安全数字化管理系统的本质、框架以及其所遵循的运作机制便成为亟待研究的问题,并有助于指导铁路的运营安全管理。 本研究在对铁路安全管理的相关理论、物联网技术、管理运行机制等问题进行分析的基础上,将其应用于铁路的数字化安全管理过程当中。首先,介绍本研究的背景及意义,对国内外相关研究进行分析,提出本研究问题,指明本研究所用的方法,给出研究结构;接着,对铁路运营安全的相关概念进行阐释与界定,并引出支撑铁路运营安全数字化管理系统运作机制研究的相关基础理论;第三,详细讨论了物联网条件下铁路运营安全数字化管理系统的演进、功能组件,建构基于物联网条件的铁路运营安全数字化管理系统结构模型,分析影响铁路运营安全的相关因素;最后,基于集成管理理论、协同理论、知识管理理论,以上文的理论研究为支撑,重点对物联网条件下铁路运营安全数字化管理系统的价值生成机制、利益分配机制、伙伴信任机制进行深入探讨,以期构建基于物联网的铁路运营安全新型数字化管理模式。
[Abstract]:The frequent occurrence of railway accidents in recent years has greatly weakened the competitive strength and economic benefits of railways in the field of transportation. After the 18th National Congress, the State Council officially announced that the Ministry of Railways should separate the government from the enterprise. The China Railway Corporation will be fully responsible for the safe operation of the railway, and whether the railway is safe or not. The level of efficiency will directly determine the future of the railway head office. The Internet of things, as a new generation of information technology, vigorously supports the operation of digital management, and digital management has attracted much attention at home and abroad, and has promoted the successful transformation of many enterprises towards modernization. However, the traditional safety management method is still used in the railway in our country, so it is of great theoretical and practical significance to apply the information technology such as the Internet of things to the railway operation safety management. Therefore, the essence, framework and operation mechanism of the digital management system of railway operation safety based on the Internet of things have become an urgent problem to be studied, and it is helpful to guide the operation safety management of railway. Based on the analysis of the related theories of railway safety management, the technology of Internet of things, and the operation mechanism of management, the paper applies it to the process of digital safety management of railway. Firstly, it introduces the background and significance of this research, analyzes the related research at home and abroad, puts forward the research problems, points out the methods used in this study, and gives the research structure. Then, the related concepts of railway operational safety are explained and defined, and the relevant basic theories supporting the research on the operation mechanism of railway operational safety digital management system are introduced. Thirdly, the evolution and functional components of the railway operation safety digital management system under the condition of Internet of things are discussed in detail, and the structure model of the railway operation safety digital management system based on the condition of the Internet of things is constructed. The related factors affecting railway operation safety are analyzed. Finally, based on the integrated management theory, collaboration theory, knowledge management theory and the above theoretical research, the paper focuses on the value generation mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism of railway safety digital management system under the condition of Internet of things. In order to construct a new digital management model of railway operation safety based on the Internet of things, the partner trust mechanism is discussed in depth.
