昆明长水国际机场经营战略研究

【摘要】:昆明机场是云南机场集团下属12个机场的航空枢纽中心,本文主要通过运用PEST、五力竞争模型和SWOT等工具,分析昆明机场当前枢纽建设的机遇、挑战、优势和劣势,分析昆明机场面临的竞争环境,明确昆明机场采取的经营战略。配合枢纽建设,积极争取政府政策支持,加强与航空公司、联检单位及铁路、公路等其它运输方式的合作,推进地面立体综合交通枢纽建设;发挥产品战略优势,准确选择目标市场,充分运用规模效应,积极拓展腹地市场;强化中枢运营、市场营销、服务提升、设施扩建力度,增强营销、数据统计分析及人力资源部门职能,引入激励机制,增强员工创新性解决问题的能力。 本文主要解决了昆明机场作为国家门户枢纽机场,在经营战略方面关注国际国内中转细分市场,在国家三大航空枢纽总体定位的前提下,明确枢纽建设的阶段性定位,努力实现成为国内与东南亚、南亚之间的航空枢纽目标,,在此基础上逐步向成为连接欧亚的航空枢纽方向迈进。
[Abstract]:Kunming Airport is the aviation hub center of 12 airports under Yunnan Airport Group. This paper analyzes the opportunities, challenges, advantages and disadvantages of Kunming Airport's current hub construction by using PEST, five-force competition model and SWOT. This paper analyzes the competitive environment faced by Kunming Airport, and clarifies the management strategy adopted by Kunming Airport. Cooperate with hub construction, actively seek government policy support, strengthen cooperation with airlines, joint inspection units and other transportation modes, such as railways, highways, etc., and promote the construction of three-dimensional and integrated transportation hubs on the ground; Give full play to the strategic advantages of products, select the target market accurately, make full use of the scale effect, and actively expand the hinterland market; Strengthen the central operation, marketing, service upgrading, facility expansion, enhance marketing, statistical data analysis and human resources department functions, introduce incentive mechanism, enhance employees innovative problem-solving ability. This paper mainly solves the problem of Kunming airport as the national gateway airport. It pays close attention to the international and domestic transit market in the aspect of management strategy. Under the premise of the overall positioning of the three major national aviation hubs, it clarifies the stage positioning of the hub construction. To achieve the goal of becoming an aviation hub between China and Southeast Asia and South Asia, and on this basis gradually to become an aviation hub connecting Europe and Asia.
