【摘要】：正未来中国金融开放的核心战略任务是资本账户开放和人民币国际化,但金融开放牵一发动全身,过早、过急的金融开放会带来金融风险。在此背景下,上海自贸区成为金融开放的试验田,自贸区的金融开放不仅有利于企业投资及贸易升级,更是要探索在全国范围内可复制、可推广的金融开放经验,促进我国金融开放的全面升级。
