人力资源管理对港口物流效率的影响分析

【摘要】:天津港地处于渤海湾经济带上,地理条件十分优越,辐射范围相当广泛,交通运输条件便利。天津港拥有辽阔的经济腹地,在天津港的经济腹地内拥有十分雄厚的人工智力资源。这些智力资源为天津港未来的发展提供智力保障。天津港作为我国北方最大的人工深水大港,是我国华北地区主要的物流发展港口。现如今随着世界经济的高速增长,天津港集团公司也得以保持持续快速的发展的态势,近些年来天津港物流业的发展速度十分迅猛,随着当今国内外贸易量的不断提高,港口物流已经成为天津港经济新的经济增长点,为天津港经济的发展做出了巨大的贡献。然而在物流业不断发展的同时,一些问题也随之暴露了出来。其中一个关键的问题就是天津港的人力资源管理问题。天津港集团公司人力资源管理的一些方面存在着这样和那样的问题,这些问题严重制约着天津港物流业的发展速度,所以优化天津港人力资源管理问题已经迫在眉睫。港口企业的日常生产活动离不开人员的参与,所以只有拥有成熟完善的人力资源管理体制,合理的人员分工机制,合理的机械与人员的匹配原则以及严密的协作,才能充分的发挥每个劳动者的技能和特长,才能有效地提高港口的物流效率。通过本文对于天津港集团公司人力资源管理和港口物流效率关系的研究分析,探索港口物流企业人力资源开发的有效模式,从而深刻的认识到人力资源管理在港口企业中是与物质资源管理放在同等重要的地位,进一步的强调了人力资源管理对于提高港口物流效率的核心作用。因此本文通过对天津港这一比较典型的物流企业实施人力资源管理应用的案例分析,对于了解人力资源管理与港口物流效率之间的关系有着重要的意义。 本文是对天津港集团公司这一比较典型的港口物流企业进行分析研究,在充分把握天津港历史发展背景和天津港管理特点后,明确了改进天津港人力资源管理对于提高企业物流效率的作用。在本文的研究过程中采用了定性与定量技术相结合的分析方法,从天津港人力资源管理的现状进行分析研究。通过文献综述和理论研究的方法,收集阅读了大量相关的文献资料和理论,归纳总结出现在现阶段还存在的问题并提出了解决对策。
[Abstract]:Tianjin Port is located in the Bohai Bay economic belt, the geographical condition is very superior, the radiation scope is quite extensive, the transportation condition is convenient. Tianjin Port has a vast economic hinterland, in the economic hinterland of Tianjin Port has a very strong human intelligence resources. These intellectual resources for the future development of Tianjin Port to provide intellectual security. As the largest artificial deepwater port in North China, Tianjin Port is the main logistics development port in North China. Now with the rapid growth of the world economy, Tianjin Port Group Company has been able to maintain a sustained and rapid development trend. In recent years, the logistics industry of Tianjin Port has developed very rapidly, with the increasing trade volume at home and abroad. Port logistics has become a new economic growth point of Tianjin Port economy, and has made great contribution to the development of Tianjin Port economy. However, with the development of the logistics industry, some problems have been exposed. One of the key issues is Tianjin Port's human resources management. There are some problems in some aspects of human resource management of Tianjin Port Group Company. These problems seriously restrict the development speed of Tianjin Port logistics industry, so it is urgent to optimize the human resource management of Tianjin Port. The daily production activities of port enterprises can not be separated from the participation of personnel, so only have mature and perfect human resource management system, reasonable personnel division mechanism, reasonable matching principle between machinery and personnel, and strict cooperation. In order to give full play to the skills and expertise of each laborer, can effectively improve the port logistics efficiency. Through the research and analysis of the relationship between human resource management and port logistics efficiency of Tianjin Port Group Company, this paper explores the effective mode of human resource development in port logistics enterprises. Thus, it is deeply recognized that human resource management is as important as material resource management in port enterprises, and the core role of human resource management in improving port logistics efficiency is further emphasized. Therefore, this paper analyzes the application of human resource management in Tianjin Port, which is a typical logistics enterprise, which is of great significance to understand the relationship between human resource management and port logistics efficiency. This article is to carry on the analysis and research to Tianjin Port Group Company, a relatively typical port logistics enterprise, after fully grasping the historical development background of Tianjin Port and the management characteristics of Tianjin Port, The effect of improving Tianjin Port's human resource management on improving enterprise logistics efficiency is clarified. In the research process of this paper, the qualitative and quantitative analysis method is used to analyze and study the present situation of human resource management in Tianjin Port. Through the methods of literature review and theoretical research, this paper collects and reads a large number of relevant documents and theories, sums up the problems that still exist at the present stage and puts forward some countermeasures.
