值机柜台服务水平改进研究

【摘要】:值机,即为旅客在航站楼内办理乘机手续,是旅客体验航空服务的重要环节。确认值机柜台数量和值机柜台分配是机场航站楼规划的重要内容,而且值机服务直接影响航空运输整体效率和质量水平。高效率的值机服务可以增强旅客对航空运输的满意度。目前,机场在高峰期航站楼内拥挤和飞机延误都和值机效率密不可分,所以高效的值机服务是机场所要解决的重要问题。同时,值机柜台过多也会造成资源浪费。因此通过高效的利用机场航站楼值机柜台资源,对目前A机场运营情况进行评估,有效降低旅客排队等待时间,提高机场的服务水平,同时也避免值机柜台资源浪费是A国际机场急需解决的问题。 随着生活节奏加快、社会竞争激烈,时间已成为人们关心的焦点。飞机运输的发展,为人们出行提供了便利,节约了大量旅途时间。乘机流程中的值机环节,主要是旅客凭票换取登机牌,办理行李托运。当繁忙时段,经常出现拥堵状况。目前,以往研究重点是运用传统排队理论,采用近似模型理论分析,而现实中的值机服务远比理论模型复杂的多,所以本文主要根据实际运行情况对值机柜台分配问题和值机服务之间关系的研究。首先,综述值机方式,阐述目前值机的发展进程。其次,介绍A机场柜台种类与具体配置情况以及机场航站楼内值机流程和安检流程现状进行描述。然后,结合A机场的实际数据,阐述值机柜台分配方式对机场航站楼值机服务水平的影响度。最后,发现目前A机场值机服务存在问题然并提出改进建议。
[Abstract]:Check-in, which is an important link for passengers to experience aviation service, is to check in at the terminal building. It is confirmed that the number of check-in counters and the distribution of check-in counters are important contents of airport terminal planning, and the check-in service directly affects the overall efficiency and quality level of air transportation. Efficient check-in service can enhance passenger satisfaction with air transport. At present, congestion and aircraft delay are closely related to the efficiency of check-in, so efficient check-in service is an important problem to be solved. At the same time, too many check-in counters will also cause a waste of resources. Therefore, through the efficient use of airport terminal check-in counter resources, to evaluate the current operating situation of Airport A, effectively reduce the waiting time of passengers waiting in line and improve the service level of the airport. At the same time, avoiding the waste of resources at the check-in counter is an urgent problem for A International Airport. With the rapid pace of life and fierce social competition, time has become the focus of attention. The development of aircraft transportation provides convenience for people to travel and saves a lot of travel time. The check-in process is mainly for passengers to exchange boarding passes for baggage check-in. Congestion often occurs during peak hours. At present, the emphasis of previous research is to use traditional queuing theory and approximate model theory to analyze, but in reality, the service of check-in is much more complex than the theoretical model. So this paper mainly according to the actual operation of the check-in counter distribution problem and the relationship between the check-in service. First of all, the paper summarizes the way of checking in, and expounds the development process of the machine at present. Secondly, it introduces the type and configuration of A airport counter, and describes the status quo of airport terminal check-in process and security inspection process. Then, based on the actual data of Airport A, the paper expounds the influence of the distribution of check-in counter on the service level of airport terminal building. At last, we find that there are some problems in A airport check-in service and put forward some suggestions for improvement.
