公路运输物流企业绩效评价与实证研究

【摘要】:企业的目标是利润最大化,经营的根本目的是实现企业的整体绩效最优。公路运输物流企业当前面临激烈的市场竞争,要想取得好的效益,必须对其进行全面、客观、科学的绩效评价。本文运用管理学、交通经济学、统计学以及数学的理论与方法,对公路运输物流企业的绩效,进行了系统的分析,从投资额占GDP比重和运输量增长率与经济增长率两个方面阐述了公路运输与国民经济的关系,从外部与内部分析丫公路运输物流企业绩效的影响因素,根据影响公路运输物流企业绩效的因素建立了公路运输物流企业绩效评价完整的初始指标体系,运用一定的理论与方法,对初始指标进行筛选,构建了最终的指标体系,最后运用因子分析法对我困公路运输类上市物流企业2012年第一季度和2013年第一季度的绩效进行了实证研究,并就实证的结论进行分析和提出提升公路运输物流企业绩效的相应建议。 绩效评价是运用数理统计和运筹学等数学方法,采用特定的指标体系,按照一定的程序,通过定性、定量对比分析,对企业一定经营时期的经营效益做出样观、公正和准确的综合评价。对公路运输物流企业的进行绩效评价,有利于了解公路运输企业发展的状况,及时发现潜在的问题,提出应对方案,明确发展方向与路径,从而促进公路运输物流企业的快速发展,使其与国民经济的发展水平相适应,更好的发挥作用,为国民经济的发展做出贡献。 依照所构建的指标体系和建立的综合绩效评价模型,利用因子分析法对我国江阿长运等20个公路运输类的上市公司2012年第一季度与2013年第一季度的综合绩效进行了分析,分析的结果表明:我国公路运输物流企业的绩效2013年第一季度的综合绩效的平均水平比2012年第一季度的平均水平高出很多,它们的综合绩效的平均值分别为0.08与0.001,影响我国公路运输物流企业经营绩效的主要因素是经营风险(负债能力)与经营效益(盈利能力),我国的公路运输物流企业的发展水平严重不平衡,随着经济的发展,很多公司的绩效水平及绩效排名情况起伏较大。因此,为提高我国公路运输物流企业的绩效,应适时跟踪国家交通规划的方针政策,积极争取国家补贴优惠政策,发挥主营业务优势,注重平衡协调持续发展,充分考虑影响绩效的各个因素。
[Abstract]:The goal of enterprise is to maximize profits, and the basic purpose of management is to achieve the optimal overall performance of the enterprise. Highway transportation logistics enterprises are facing fierce market competition at present. In order to obtain good benefits, they must be evaluated comprehensively, objectively and scientifically. Based on the theories and methods of management, traffic economics, statistics and mathematics, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the performance of road transportation logistics enterprises. This paper expounds the relationship between highway transportation and national economy from two aspects: the proportion of investment in GDP, the growth rate of transport volume and the economic growth rate, and analyzes the factors influencing the performance of highway transportation logistics enterprises from the external and internal aspects. According to the factors affecting the performance of highway transportation logistics enterprises, the paper establishes the complete initial index system of highway transportation logistics enterprises' performance evaluation, selects the initial indicators by using certain theories and methods, and constructs the final index system. In the end, we use factor analysis method to study the performance of listed logistics enterprises in the first quarter of 2012 and the first quarter of 2013. The conclusion of the empirical analysis and the corresponding suggestions to improve the performance of road transport logistics enterprises are put forward. Performance evaluation is the use of mathematical statistics and operational research and other mathematical methods, using a specific index system, according to certain procedures, through qualitative and quantitative comparative analysis, to a certain period of business performance of enterprises to make a sample view. Fair and accurate comprehensive evaluation. Evaluating the performance of highway transportation logistics enterprises is helpful to understand the development situation of highway transportation enterprises, to discover potential problems in time, to put forward countermeasures, and to make clear the direction and path of development. So as to promote the rapid development of road transport logistics enterprises, make them adapt to the development level of the national economy, play a better role, and make contributions to the development of the national economy. According to the index system and the comprehensive performance evaluation model, this paper analyzes the comprehensive performance of 20 listed highway transportation companies, such as Jianga Changyun and the first quarter of 2013, by using the factor analysis method. The results show that the average performance of road transportation logistics enterprises in the first quarter of 2013 is much higher than that in the first quarter of 2012, and the average of their comprehensive performance is 0.08 and 0.001 respectively. The main factors that affect the performance of road transportation logistics enterprises in our country are management risk (debt ability) and operation benefit (profit ability). The development level of road transportation logistics enterprises in our country is seriously unbalanced with the development of economy. The performance level and performance ranking of many companies fluctuate greatly. Therefore, in order to improve the performance of our country's road transportation logistics enterprises, we should track the principles and policies of the national transportation planning in good time, actively strive for the preferential policies of state subsidies, give play to the main business advantages, and pay attention to the balanced, coordinated and sustainable development. Take into account all factors affecting performance.
