济宁曲阜机场运营管理优化策略研究

【摘要】：本文以济宁曲阜机场公司(以下简称机场公司)为研究对象,全面分析机场公司的运营管理现状,运用所学知识对机场公司的运营管理提出优化策略,在提升鲁西南基础设施水平,拉动区域经济发展和促进济宁旅游资源开发具有重要的战略意义。本文在介绍了济宁市和机场建设的基本情况的背景下,从航空市场的运营、安全管理体系、货运经营、管理模式、机场收入等方面全面介绍机场公司目前的运营管理现状。发现机场公司运营管理中目前存在的问题和优势,进而利用SWOT分析模型提出运营管理的优化策略。本文研究认为,济宁曲阜机场公司应从增加热点航班、扩大航空货邮吞吐量、提高资源利用效率、强化特许经营、争取国家政策、优化运营流程和完善机场绩效管理体系等方面提升机场公司的运营管理水平。
[Abstract]:This article takes Jining Qufu Airport Company (hereinafter referred to as Airport Company) as the research object, comprehensively analyzes the present situation of the airport company's operation management, and puts forward the optimized strategy to the airport company's operation management by using the knowledge learned. It is of great strategic significance to promote the level of infrastructure in southwest Shandong, to promote regional economic development and to promote the development of tourism resources in Jining. Under the background of introducing the basic situation of Jining city and airport construction, this paper comprehensively introduces the present operation and management situation of the airport company from the aspects of aviation market operation, safety management system, cargo management, management mode, airport income and so on. The problems and advantages of airport company's operation management are found, and the optimization strategy of operation management is put forward by using SWOT analysis model. This paper believes that Jining Qufu Airport Company should increase hot flights, expand air cargo and postal throughput, improve resource utilization efficiency, strengthen franchise, and strive for national policies. Optimize the operation process and improve the airport performance management system to improve the airport company's operational management level.
