基于不确定性的煤化企业公路运力整合模式研究
[Abstract]:At present, most freight customers generally purchase their temporary and uncertain capacity needs through the spot market, but their prices are generally higher than the long-term cooperative agreement prices, and they may not be able to procure them in time. Loss of opportunity cost. Because of the limited scope of obtaining information, logistics enterprises that have signed long-term contracts with their agreement customers are unable to transfer part of their spare capacity to the enterprises in need, resulting in a waste of capacity. The corresponding shortage of capacity customers can not obtain this part of the capacity resulting in loss of opportunity costs. Taking uncertainty as the research focus, this paper puts forward the road transportation integration model based on uncertainty management, and expounds its connotation and basic characteristics. And select the enterprises of Shaanxi Coal Chemical Group as the research object, which has its own characteristics: in the integration of transport business, it is not only different from the integration of the various departments under the control of the property rights of the enterprise, but also the integration of the transportation capacity of the subordinate departments. It is also different from the integration of transportation capacity among independent or business enterprises in the society, which is in the middle of the two. Although each subsidiary belongs to Shaanxi Coal Chemical Group Company, it is indeed independent in operation. It provides a better research sample for us to study highway transportation capacity integration: because Shaanxi Coal Chemical material Group (logistics integration main body) has the ability and attribute to provide integrated highway transportation capacity. And many subordinate subsidiary companies (integrated objects) also have the attributes of participating in the integration process. In addition, the research on the logistics business of Shaanxi coal industry has been continuously followed by the research team for many years as the basic data. Moreover, the latest research topic is also how to build a large logistics system of Shaanxi Coal Chemical Company, which has an urgent practical need for capacity integration. The research results of this paper will be a part of the integrated mode of transportation business in the planning of Shaanxi Coal-Chemical Logistics system. Because of the complexity of highway transportation capacity integration and the difficulty of dealing with the integrated enterprise relationship, this paper puts forward the integration model based on uncertainty and concerned objects, and establishes the corresponding mathematical and computer models according to the investigation. The feasibility of the model of capacity integration proposed in this paper is analyzed. Through the analysis, the integration model has been confirmed by the model analysis: under the condition of the same number of participating integrated enterprises, with the expansion of the dispatching range of transportation capacity, the shortage and surplus of the monthly statistical capacity of each enterprise in the year are decreasing; With the expansion of the range of adjustable transportation, the shortage and waste of transportation capacity are decreasing in the nine years of statistics, and with the gradual reduction of the capacity of the enterprise, more dispatching capacity from the platform, the capacity demand of the enterprise has been better met. The reduction of enterprise's own transportation capacity, from the increase of logistics integration body's transferring resources, is the process of realizing the integration of transportation capacity. The enterprise reduces the influence of uncertainty, and the integrated main body is developed because of the integration of the enterprise's capacity surplus and insufficiency. The continuous expansion of the scope of participation in capacity integration will lay the foundation for social logistics and even global logistics services.
