港口物流园区开发与运营模式研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济一体化和对外经济贸易的迅速发展,国内外的港口物流也得到了前所未有的发展。物流园区不仅是港口物流发展中的一种新生事物,也是港口物流发展的重要组成部分。各地政府之所以对港口物流园区的开发和建设高度关注,是因为独特的区位优势可以使港口成为物流园区的优良载体。西部大开发和三峡大坝的建成为重庆港带来了广阔的发展空间。为了提高西部地区的竞争力和扩大对外经济交流,有必要建设重庆的港口物流园区。但近年来一些地方政府盲目热情,对物流园区进行重复建设,没有从实际出发对港口物流园区的开发和运营模式进行选择,造成了很多资源的浪费。因此,科学合理的选择港口物流园区的开发和运营模式是非常重要的。 本文分析了国内外典型物流园区的开发和运营模式,总结了国内外港口物流园区在开发和运营过程中的成功经验,对我国未来港口物流园区的建设具有重要的指导意义。文章首先阐述了研究背景和意义,并对国内外研究现状进行简要介绍;然后提出了发展港口物流的必要性及存在的问题;第三章和第四章分别研究了典型物流园区的开发模式和运营模式,总结了物流园区开发运营中的成功经验;第五章对重庆港进行实证分析,对重庆港的开发和运营模式进行了选择。
[Abstract]:With the global economic integration and the rapid development of foreign economic trade, port logistics at home and abroad has also been unprecedented development. Logistics park is not only a new thing in port logistics development, but also an important part of port logistics development. The reason why local governments pay close attention to the development and construction of port logistics park is that the unique location advantage can make port become the excellent carrier of logistics park. The development of the western region and the construction of the three Gorges Dam have brought broad development space for Chongqing Port. In order to improve the competitiveness of the western region and expand foreign economic exchanges, it is necessary to build a port logistics park in Chongqing. But in recent years, some local governments blindly enthusiasm, repeated construction of logistics park, not from the actual choice of port logistics park development and operation mode, resulting in a lot of waste of resources. Therefore, the scientific and reasonable choice of port logistics park development and operation model is very important. This paper analyzes the development and operation mode of typical logistics parks at home and abroad, summarizes the successful experiences in the development and operation of port logistics parks at home and abroad, and has important guiding significance for the future construction of port logistics parks in China. This paper first expounds the research background and significance, and briefly introduces the current research situation at home and abroad, and then puts forward the necessity and existing problems of developing port logistics. The third and fourth chapters study the development model and operation mode of the typical logistics park, and summarize the successful experience in the development and operation of the logistics park. Chapter five analyzes the Chongqing Port empirically and chooses the development and operation mode of Chongqing Port.
