基于供应链一体化的广西北部湾国际港务集团物流发展研究

【摘要】：21世纪,经济全球化浪潮不断发展,世界经济的相互依存性不断增强,资本、技术等生产要素在全球范围内重新配置,引起了世界范围内政治经济格局的重大变化。港口,一个连接路路运输与海陆运输的结合点,对于港口区域内城市经济、区域经济的发展都起着至关重要的作用。在全球35个国际化的城市中,有超过30个是因为有港口优势而发展起来的。占世界经济前10的城市,绝大部分是港口城市。港口日益成为全球生产要素优化配置的枢纽。广西北部湾港地处三大经济圈的交汇处(东盟经济圈、西南经济圈和华南经济圈),是我国西部唯一的出海港口。随着中国—东盟自由贸易区如期建成、西部大开发战略深入实施、泛珠三角区域合作加快推进,北部湾港已日益成为中国与东盟综合运输体系的重要枢纽。本文以广西北部湾国际港务集团为主要研究对象,首先介绍了该广西北部湾国际港务集团当前物流的发展状况和所面临的问题。然后从当前的全球经济的和地区经济的发展状况,就广西北部湾国际港务集团所在地的宏观环境和微观环境进行了详细分析,总结了广西北部湾国际港务集团外部所处的机会和威胁,内部运营管理面临的优势和劣势。文章基于供应链一体化理论和SWOT分析等战略分析模型进行分析,为广西北部湾国际港务集团未来的物流发展进行了发展定位、发展规划并就该广西北部湾国际港务集团的物流功能、物流模式和管理机制进行了探讨。接着本文从政府层面、企业层面、市场层面、管理层面、技术和技术层面提出了针对广西北部湾国际港务集团实际情况的战略方针和物流发展保障措施。最后对全文的分析做了小结,得出了本论文的结论和主要的研究成果,并对下一步将要研究的问题进行了阐述。希望本论文的研究能够为广西北部湾国际港务集团以及相关的物流企业的发展提供有价值的借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, with the development of economic globalization, the increasing interdependence of the world economy, the reconfiguration of production factors such as capital and technology in the global scope, has caused a great change in the political and economic pattern of the world. Port, a connection point between road transportation and sea and land transportation, plays an important role in the development of city economy and regional economy in port area. More than 30 of the world's 35 international cities have developed because of port advantage. Most of the top 10 cities in the world economy are port cities. Ports are increasingly becoming the hub for optimizing the allocation of factors of production in the world. Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port is located at the intersection of three economic circles (ASEAN Economic Circle, Southwest Economic Circle and South China Economic Circle), and is the only port in the west of China. With the completion of the China-ASEAN Free Trade area as scheduled, the implementation of the strategy of developing the western region in depth, and the acceleration of regional cooperation in the Pan-Pearl River Delta, the Beibu Gulf Port has increasingly become an important hub of the comprehensive transport system between China and ASEAN. Taking Guangxi Beibu Gulf International Port Group as the main research object, this paper first introduces the current logistics development and the problems faced by the Guangxi Beibu Gulf International Port Group. Then, from the current situation of global and regional economic development, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the macro-environment and micro-environment of the seat of Guangxi Beibu Gulf International Ports Group. This paper summarizes the external opportunities and threats of Guangxi Beibu Gulf International Ports Group and the advantages and disadvantages faced by internal operation management. Based on the supply chain integration theory and SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the future logistics development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf International Port Group. The logistics function, logistics mode and management mechanism of Guangxi Beibu Gulf International Port Group are discussed. Then from the government level, enterprise level, market level, management level, technical and technical level, this paper puts forward the strategic policy and logistics development safeguard measures aiming at the actual situation of Guangxi Beibu Gulf International Port Group. Finally, the paper summarizes the analysis of the whole paper, draws the conclusion of this paper and the main research results, and expounds the problems to be studied in the next step. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide valuable reference for the development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf International Ports Group and related logistics enterprises.
