航空公司客运超售运作与管理问题研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的进一步发展,民航业发展速度不断加快,航空公司间的竞争也越发激烈。为适应竞争需求,航空公司越来越多的引入收益管理系统,以期获得利润最大化。超售是航空公司最早采用亦最常采用的收益管理方法之一。本文在对超售研究发展历程进行总结的基础上,主要对航空公司客运超售的运作与管理方法做出了探究,主要包括: 一、在超售的运作上,对超售数学模型做出探究。针对单航段、单舱位等级航班,以航班成本最小作为目标函数,在传统的基于二项分布的超售模型中加入团队旅客的相关约束,建立超售模型,设计了求解程序。在此基础上,针对多航班航线,考虑前航班DB旅客对后续航班超售量的影响,依然以航班成本最小为目标函数,建立数学模型并提出求解方法,验证了模型的正确性和算法有效性。 二、鉴于该类问题具有求解耗费时间长、占用系统内存大的缺陷,在上述求解程序的基础上提出了一个解决该类问题的启发式系统,即一个基于案例数据库的超售决策系统,在LINGO软件中对其中的关键问题——案例适配与判定问题——进行了求解分析,为超售问题的解决提供了一个新的思路。 三、针对近期航空公司与旅客在超售问题上争议较大,法律学术界、舆论界近乎一面倒的不支持国内超售的情况做出问题分析,,并与国外航空公司遇到同样情况时的处理方法进行对比总结。对销售前、DB发生后的处理情况提出管理方面的建议,以期形成保留旅客知情权、选择权的航空公司超售管理制度。
[Abstract]:With the further development of China's economy, the development of civil aviation industry is accelerating, and the competition between airlines is becoming more and more fierce. In order to meet the demand of competition, airlines introduce more and more revenue management systems in order to maximize profits. Overselling is one of the earliest and most common revenue management methods adopted by airlines. On the basis of summing up the research and development course of overselling, this paper mainly explores the operation and management methods of overselling of passenger transport in airlines, mainly including: first, in the operation of overselling, the mathematical model of overselling is explored. For single-segment and single-class flights, the minimum flight cost is taken as the objective function, and the relative constraints of the team passengers are added to the traditional binomial distribution overbooking model. The overbooking model is established and the solution program is designed. On this basis, considering the influence of DB passengers on the overbooking of subsequent flights on multi-flight routes, this paper still takes the minimum flight cost as the objective function, establishes the mathematical model and puts forward a solution method. The correctness of the model and the validity of the algorithm are verified. Secondly, in view of the defects of solving this kind of problem, such as consuming time and occupying large memory of system, a heuristic system for solving this kind of problem is proposed on the basis of the above solving program, that is, an overselling decision system based on case database. In this paper, the key problem in LINGO software, case matching and decision problem, is solved and analyzed, which provides a new way to solve the problem of overselling. Third, in view of the recent controversy between airlines and passengers on the issue of overselling, the legal academic community and the public opinion circle almost unilaterally did not support domestic oversales. And foreign airlines encounter the same situation of the treatment of comparison and summary. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to deal with the situation before and after the sale of DB, in order to form the management system of overselling of airlines which reserves the right to know and the right to choose of passengers.
