共享单车市场竞争机制及趋势探讨——基于博弈模型分析

【摘要】：共享单车作为一种新兴产业,践行了"共享发展"的新理念,切实有效地解决了出行中的"最后一公里"问题,弥补了城市公共交通的不足。然而企业之间疯狂抢夺市场份额的行为,带来了一场"囚徒困境"式的价格战,产生了许多社会问题。文章运用"囚徒困境"模型对企业之间价格大战的实质和原因进行了分析,进一步提出政策建议:企业要以扩充盈利模式和增强用户粘性为导向,而非一味地依靠资本投入进行价格竞争。政府要严格监督企业的自律性监管;控制风险资本的疯狂投入;完善市场准入与市场退出机制。最后强调市场应充分利用"信息"的价值才能得到更好的发展。
[Abstract]:As a new industry, bike sharing has carried out the new concept of "shared development", effectively solved the "last kilometer" problem in travel, and made up for the deficiency of urban public transport. However, the frantic seizure of market share among enterprises has brought about a price war in the form of prisoner's dilemma, resulting in a lot of social problems. This paper analyzes the essence and causes of price wars among enterprises by using the prisoner dilemma model, and further puts forward some policy suggestions: enterprises should be guided by expanding profit model and enhancing user stickiness. Rather than relying on capital input for price competition. The government should strictly supervise the self-regulation of enterprises, control the crazy investment of venture capital, perfect the market access and market exit mechanism. Finally, it is emphasized that the market should make full use of the value of "information" in order to get better development.
