山东高速股份有限公司员工绩效考核研究

【摘要】:当今社会,企业间竞争越来越激烈,而且随着竞争趋势的改变,现代企业的竞争在很大程度上是人才的竞争。归根到底是人力资源开发及其潜能充分利用的竞争。因此,人力资源在企业中也越来越受重视,成为一种非常宝贵的资源。为了能够充分利用好人力资源,获取竞争优势,将员工的工作活动和组织目标联系起来,实现企业的发展战略目标。公司就需要制定一套完善的员工绩效考核体系。 山东高速股份借鉴国内外相关企业的科学方法,结合高速公路管理的实际,构建了以全体在职员工为考核对象的综合绩效考核体系。山东高速股份以360度考核法、关键绩效指标法等一系列方法作为理论支撑,综合绩效考核体系运行流程,通过标准合理设置考核体系、明确考核分工与责任、科学设置评议标准,形成了行之有效、系统完整的绩效考核体系。同时加强对员工考核过程的控制,,在对考核结果进行合理运用的基础上对山东高速股份的员工绩效很大程度上起到了提升作用。 本文首先对员工绩效考核相关的概念进行界定、对相关理论进行回顾,同时分析了员工绩效考核的原则和方法;其次,对山东高速股份以及其现状做出一个大致的描述;随后对山东高速股份的员工绩效考核体系进行了分析;并以淄博分公司为案例对员工绩效考核体系进行了设计;并在文章最后进行了总结,同时提出了五条建议。
[Abstract]:In today's society, the competition between enterprises is more and more fierce, and with the change of competition trend, the competition of modern enterprises is to a great extent talent competition. In the final analysis, human resources development and its potential to make full use of the competition. Therefore, the human resources in the enterprise is also more and more attention, become a very valuable resource. In order to make full use of human resources and gain competitive advantage, the employees' work activities and organizational objectives are linked to achieve the strategic objectives of enterprise development. The company needs to establish a set of perfect staff performance appraisal system. Based on the scientific methods of domestic and foreign related enterprises and the reality of expressway management, Shandong High-speed shares construct a comprehensive performance appraisal system for all on-the-job employees. Shandong express stock is supported by a series of methods, such as 360 degree evaluation method, key performance index method and so on. It integrates the operation process of the performance appraisal system, sets up the appraisal system reasonably through the standard, and clarifies the division of labor and the responsibility of the assessment. Scientific setting of evaluation standards, formed an effective, systematic and complete performance appraisal system. At the same time, strengthening the control of the staff assessment process, on the basis of the reasonable use of the assessment results, the staff performance of Shandong Expressway shares has played a large role in promoting the performance. This paper first defines the concept of employee performance appraisal, reviews the relevant theories, and analyzes the principles and methods of employee performance appraisal. Secondly, it gives a general description of Shandong Express Stock and its current situation. Then it analyzes the employee performance appraisal system of Shandong high-speed stock, and designs the employee performance appraisal system with Zibo branch as a case. At the end of the article, it summarizes and puts forward five suggestions at the same time.
