中交天航南方公司危机管理研究

【摘要】:企业危机伴随着企业的存在发展而存在,莱特纳首先提出了危机管理,之后越来越多的企业也意识到企业危机的破坏性非常大,国内外由于企业危机而导致企业走向破灭的例子也不胜枚举。疏浚业具有其行业和专业特殊性,如何在疏浚企业中实施有效的危机管理,是一个十分值得关注的问题。 文章首先简单回顾了国内外企业危机管理理论,介绍了危机管理的研究历程和现状,对企业危机和危机管理的定义进行了规范,基于危机管理的相关理论研究构建了企业危机管理的基本框架。其次,基于企业危机管理基本框架和疏浚业的特点,作者提出了疏浚企业的危机管理程序和应对措施。然后,文章对中交天航南方公司的业务范围进行了简介,归纳总结出其运营现状中还存在起步晚、缺少项目后评价和无可借鉴经验等问题,进而发现公司在经营、质量、安全、财务、人才、战略、信誉、环保等方面存在危机,并分析原因。接着,以疏浚企业的危机管理程序为依托,作者选取战略危机为说明实例,从危机管理组织体系、危机辨识、危机评估、危机管理、危机预警、危机管理监督等角度全面提出了中交天航南方公司实施战略危机管理的设计与控制方案。最后,将中交天航南方公司的危机管理方案运用到项目运作中,并提炼出一些中交天航南方公司危机管理方案的实施保障措施,这对我国疏浚企业建立健全一套完整的危机预防及处理系统,合理有效的开展和实施企业的战略性危机管理起到一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。
[Abstract]:The enterprise crisis exists with the existence and development of the enterprise. Leitner first put forward the crisis management, and then more and more enterprises also realize that the enterprise crisis is very destructive. At home and abroad because of the enterprise crisis and led to the collapse of enterprises examples are also innumerable. Dredging industry has its industry and professional particularity, how to implement effective crisis management in dredging enterprises is a very worthy of attention. Firstly, this paper briefly reviews the theory of enterprise crisis management at home and abroad, introduces the research course and present situation of crisis management, and standardizes the definition of enterprise crisis and crisis management. Based on the related theoretical research of crisis management, the basic framework of enterprise crisis management is constructed. Secondly, based on the basic framework of enterprise crisis management and the characteristics of dredging industry, the author puts forward the crisis management procedures and countermeasures of dredging enterprises. Then, the paper briefly introduces the business scope of Zhongjiao Tianhang Southern Company, sums up that there are still some problems in its operation situation, such as late start, lack of project post-evaluation and no reference experience, and then find that the company is operating, quality, safety, and so on. Financial, talent, strategy, reputation, environmental protection and other aspects of the crisis, and analysis of the reasons. Then, based on the crisis management procedure of dredging enterprises, the author selects the strategic crisis as an example, from the crisis management organization system, crisis identification, crisis assessment, crisis management, crisis early warning. From the point of view of crisis management supervision, this paper puts forward the design and control scheme of strategic crisis management in China Jiaotian Airlines Southern Company. Finally, the crisis management scheme of Zhongjiao Tianhang Southern Company is applied to the operation of the project, and some safeguard measures for the implementation of the crisis management plan of Zhongjiao Tianhang Southern Company are extracted. This plays a certain reference significance and reference value for dredging enterprises to establish and improve a complete system of crisis prevention and management, and to carry out and implement the strategic crisis management of enterprises reasonably and effectively.
