S货代公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:据统计,世界上的国际贸易货物的80%以上是通过海洋运输来完成交货的。因此,国际航运业与世界经济和国际贸易有着不可分割的紧密联系,而货运代理公司是联系承运人、贸易港口和货主的纽带,对国际贸易中货物的顺利交付起着重要的桥梁作用。但当前,由于世界经济危机的严重影响,整个国际贸易量迅速降低,我国的航运业也受到严重冲击,许多航运代理公司面临重大的生存危机。 S公司是青岛一家中小货运代理公司,由于没有明确的发展方向和公司战略,加之金融危机的影响,近三年来,公司不但没有发展,利润率也在逐年下降,面临着严重的生存危机。在此背景下,S公司应该如何制定切实可行的战略,准确把握内外部环境,有效应对市场危机,寻找机会,保证公司的生存和发展,具有非常重要的现实意义。 本论文首先阐述S公司的战略现状,指出当前存在的问题;其次,对S公司的外部和内部环境进行分析,并运用EFE矩阵和IFE矩阵评价法,对S公司的外部和内部因素进行评价;再次,利用SWOT分析方法阐明S公司外部机会、威胁和内部优势、劣势,并归纳出可供选择的战略方案;之后,针对可选战略,利用层次分析法进行矩阵计算,并分析和选择适合S公司的发展战略;最后,制定了具体的战略实施方案和风险防范措施。 本文利用S公司以往的财务资料和最新调研数据,以定量和定性分析相结合的方式,从发挥优势,应对威胁的角度,为该公司制定了长期有效的公司战略。本文研究结果不仅对S公司的生存和发展有切实的帮助,对同类货运代理公司的战略制定也有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:According to statistics, more than 80% of the world's internationally traded goods are delivered by sea. As a result, the international shipping industry is inextricably linked to the world economy and international trade, while freight forwarders are the link between carriers, trading ports and shippers. It plays an important role in the smooth delivery of goods in international trade. However, due to the serious impact of the world economic crisis, the whole volume of international trade has decreased rapidly, and China's shipping industry has also been seriously impacted, and many shipping agents are facing a major survival crisis. S company is a small and medium-sized freight forwarding company in Qingdao. Due to the lack of clear development direction and corporate strategy, coupled with the impact of the financial crisis, the company has not only not developed in the past three years, but also the profit margin has been declining year by year. Facing a serious survival crisis. In this context, how to formulate feasible strategy, accurately grasp the internal and external environment, effectively deal with the market crisis, find opportunities to ensure the survival and development of the company, is of great practical significance. This paper first expounds the strategic situation of S company and points out the existing problems. Secondly, it analyzes the external and internal environment of S company, and evaluates the external and internal factors of S company by using EFE matrix and IFE matrix evaluation method. Thirdly, SWOT analysis method is used to clarify the external opportunities, threats and internal advantages and disadvantages of S company, and the alternative strategic scheme is summarized. Then, aiming at the optional strategy, the matrix calculation is carried out by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the development strategy suitable for S company is analyzed and selected. Finally, the specific strategic implementation plan and risk prevention measures are formulated. Based on the previous financial data and the latest research data of S Company, this paper formulates a long-term and effective corporate strategy for S Company from the point of view of giving full play to its advantages and dealing with threats by combining quantitative and qualitative analysis. The research results of this paper are not only helpful to the survival and development of S company, but also have certain reference value to the strategy formulation of the same kind of freight forwarding company.
