厦门公交集团发展战略研究

【摘要】:本论文以厦门公交集团公司为研究对象,主要研究厦门公交集团自2006年成立以来,在积极追求优质服务、认真履行社会责任这一大目标的同时,不断追求先进企业的经营理念,特别是在企业战略管理方面精耕细作,依靠企业自身的努力把厦门的公共交通事业做大做强。 本论文从国内外公交行业发展现状及我国公交行业竞争环境分析等方面入手,,结合企业的实际情况并运用企业战略管理理论对厦门公交集团发展战略进行了研究和探讨。 本文的主要内容和写作框架: 第一部分:第1章绪论和第2章企业发展战略相关理论,主要论述研究目前我国城市公交企业发展战略的研究背景、目的与意义,以及研究方法。介绍企业发展战略相关理论和SWOT分析法。 第二部分:第3章企业外部发展环境分析,对公交行业发展现状和存在问题进行分析,主要分析国内外公交行业发展概况,重点是对我国城市公共交通行业发展问题及公共交通行业竞争环境进行分析。 第三部分:第4章企业内部发展条件分析,通过厦门公交集团现状分析,在企业定位、使命和发展愿景指导下,具体分析厦门公交集团的核心竞争力和存在主要问题,明确企业优劣势。 第四部分:第5章厦门公交集团发展战略,对厦门公交集团内外部环境中关键要素进行选择和归纳,结合企业定位,提出企业发展战略目标及主要措施,思考未来几年厦门公交集团的发展前景。 论文以作者在厦门公交集团从事多年企业管理工作的经验为基础,研究厦门公交集团在企业战略制定、管理和实施等方面取得的成果,对厦门公交集团未来几年的发展进行思考,以期对厦门公共交通事业的新一轮发展献计献策,并对其他城市公交企业制定良性可持续发展的企业发展战略提供借鉴。 一个企业,失败的原因各不相同,成功的经验大体相似。“战略领先”是厦门公交集团得以发展的“秘诀”:知已知彼——认清企业内外环境,分析企业优劣势;思维创新——确立企业使命愿景,寻找企业发展方向;方法得当——制定有效保障措施,推进企业目标实现。
[Abstract]:This paper takes Xiamen Public Transport Group as the research object, mainly studies that Xiamen Public Transport Group has been pursuing the management idea of advanced enterprises while actively pursuing high quality service and conscientiously fulfilling the goal of social responsibility since its establishment in 2006. Especially in the strategic management of enterprises, relying on their own efforts to make Xiamen's public transport bigger and stronger. Based on the development status of public transport industry at home and abroad and the analysis of competitive environment of public transport industry in China, this paper studies and discusses the development strategy of Xiamen Public Transport Group based on the actual situation of enterprises and the theory of enterprise strategic management. The main content and writing framework of this paper: the first part: chapter 1 introduction and chapter 2 related theories of enterprise development strategy, mainly discuss the research background, purpose and significance of the development strategy of urban public transport enterprises in our country at present. And research methods. This paper introduces the theory of enterprise development strategy and SWOT analysis method. The second part: chapter 3 analyzes the external development environment of the enterprise, analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the public transport industry, mainly analyzes the general situation of the development of the public transport industry at home and abroad. The emphasis is on the analysis of the development of urban public transport industry and the competitive environment of public transport industry in China. The third part: chapter 4 analyzes the internal development conditions of enterprises, through the analysis of the current situation of Xiamen bus Group, under the guidance of enterprise positioning, mission and development vision, specifically analyzes the core competitiveness and existing main problems of Xiamen Public Transport Group. Make clear the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise. The fourth part: the fifth chapter is the development strategy of Xiamen bus Group, which selects and sums up the key elements in the internal and external environment of Xiamen Public Transport Group, and puts forward the strategic objectives and main measures of enterprise development combined with the positioning of enterprises. Think about the development prospect of Xiamen bus Group in the next few years. Based on the author's experience in enterprise management in Xiamen Public Transport Group for many years, this paper studies the achievements made by Xiamen Public Transport Group in the formulation, management and implementation of enterprise strategy. This paper thinks about the development of Xiamen Public Transport Group in the next few years, in order to provide suggestions for the new round of development of Xiamen public transport, and to provide reference for other urban public transport enterprises to formulate the enterprise development strategy of benign and sustainable development. In an enterprise, the reasons for failure are different, and the experience of success is roughly similar. "Strategic leadership" is the "secret" for the development of Xiamen Public Transport Group: knowing the other side-recognizing the internal and external environment of the enterprise, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise, thinking innovation-establishing the mission vision of the enterprise and looking for the development direction of the enterprise. The method is appropriate-to formulate effective safeguard measures to promote the realization of enterprise goals.
