地铁对福州主城区空间格局的影响

【摘要】：地铁作为现代城市轨道交通规划的重要组成部分,是重塑城市空间格局的手段之一。本文运用Arc GIS和SPSS软件进行绘图和均值分析,建立时间通达性矩阵并且计算地铁的时间通达性系数,从空间规模、中心体系、功能布局来探索福州地铁1~5号线建成后对主城区空间格局的潜在影响。结果显示:地铁建成后,福州主城区的空间规模将扩增且空间形态将向东部和南部拓展,并形成五类通达性空间差异等级区;城市同心圆结构模式将强化,城市中心将适度转移;城市商业布局将因地铁枢纽站点的影响而形成不同等级的商圈,但在地铁对住宅功能布局方面的影响相对于商业圈层较弱,需要参考更多影响因子。
[Abstract]:Subway, as an important part of modern urban rail transit planning, is one of the means to reshape the urban spatial pattern. In this paper, Arc GIS and SPSS software are used for drawing and mean analysis, and the time accessibility matrix is established and the time accessibility coefficient of subway is calculated, from the spatial scale and the central system. Functional layout to explore the potential impact of Fuzhou Metro Line 1 / 5 on the spatial pattern of the main urban area. The results show that after the completion of the subway, the spatial scale of the main urban area of Fuzhou will be expanded and the spatial form will expand to the east and south, and five kinds of accessibility spatial difference grade areas will be formed. The concentric circular structure model of the city will be strengthened, and the urban center will be moderately transferred. Urban commercial layout will form different levels of business circle due to the influence of subway hub stations, but the influence of subway on residential functional layout is weaker than that of commercial circle layer, so it is necessary to refer to more influencing factors.
