蒙华铁路车辆购置方案经济效益比选研究

【摘要】：在建的蒙华铁路是我国最大规模的煤运专线,为充分利用线路能力,铁路车辆选型主要为KM98型煤炭漏斗车和C_(80E)型通用敞车。在考虑车辆购置方式分为全部购买、全部融资租赁、购买+融资租赁组合3种情况下,采用净现值法对不同购置方案进行比选,通过对车辆相关收入、车辆使用成本的计算,进行车辆购置方案经济效益比选分析,推荐蒙华铁路在投资额度范围内选择全部购买方式,以最大限度地增加运输收入,有效控制成本,实现整体效益最大化的目标。
[Abstract]:The Monghua Railway under construction is the largest coal transportation special line in China. In order to make full use of the line capacity, the railway vehicle selection is mainly KM98 coal funnel car and C80E general open car. Considering that the vehicle purchase mode is divided into all purchase, all financial lease and purchase financial lease combination, the net present value method is used to compare and select different acquisition schemes, and through the calculation of vehicle related income and vehicle use cost, This paper compares and analyzes the economic benefits of vehicle purchase scheme, and recommends that Monghua Railway choose all the purchase methods within the scope of investment quota in order to maximize the transportation income, effectively control the cost and realize the goal of maximizing the overall benefit.
