我国中小型航空公司竞争战略研究

【摘要】:2002年我国航空公司兼并重组以来,民航业稳步快速增长,到2006年航空运输总周转量排名全球第二,我国已经成为了航空运输大国。2012年,我国航空公司共完成旅客运输周转量5025.74亿人公里,其中国航、东航、南航三大航空公司占据了63.14%的市场份额。大型航空公司经营多年,兼并重组之后实力更加雄厚;中型航空公司历经多年发展,规模仍然不大;小型航空公司成立时间短,仍处于基础设施建设阶段。无论是在资源占有还是运营管理方面,中小型航空公司均难与大型航空公司匹敌。在这种行业格局下,中小型航空公司首先应该明确自身的竞争战略,提升竞争力。 本文立足于我国民航业的发展现状,运用战略管理思维方法,,对我国中小型航空公司竞争战略进行了深入研究。文章详细分析了航空公司的宏观战略环境和行业环境,并从航线网络、机队结构、人力资源、市场营销和财务管理五个方面分析了中小型航空公司的内部环境。在此基础上,提出了我国中小型航空公司可供选择的竞争战略,并运用数据包络分析方法构建航空公司竞争力评价模型。根据上述分析结果,提出我国中小型航空公司的竞争战略选择建议,并指出在战略实施过程中需要注意的三个方面问题。中小型航空公司健康、快速发展不仅有助于繁荣我国航空运输市场,而且对实现我国民航强国战略具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Since the merger and reorganization of China's airlines in 2002, the civil aviation industry has grown steadily and rapidly. by 2006, the total turnover of air transport ranked second in the world, and China has become a big air transport country. Chinese airlines have completed a total of 502.574 billion passengers and kilometers, of which Air China Airlines, China Eastern Airlines and China Southern Airlines account for 63.14 per cent of the market share. Large airlines have been operating for many years, and their strength has become stronger after the merger and reorganization. After many years of development, the scale of medium-sized airlines is still small. Small airlines have been established for a short time and are still in the stage of infrastructure construction. In terms of resource possession and operation management, small and medium-sized airlines are difficult to compete with large airlines. In this industry structure, small and medium-sized airlines should first clarify their own competitive strategy to enhance competitiveness. Based on the present situation of the development of civil aviation industry in China, this paper makes a deep study on the competitive strategy of small and medium-sized airlines in China by using the method of strategic management thinking. This paper analyzes the macro strategic environment and industry environment of airlines in detail, and analyzes the internal environment of small and medium-sized airlines from five aspects: route network, fleet structure, human resources, marketing and financial management. On this basis, the competitive strategy of small and medium-sized airlines in China is put forward, and the evaluation model of airline competitiveness is constructed by using data envelopment analysis (DEA). According to the above analysis results, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the choice of competitive strategy of small and medium-sized airlines in China, and points out three problems that should be paid attention to in the process of strategy implementation. The healthy and rapid development of small and medium-sized airlines is not only conducive to the prosperity of China's air transport market, but also of great significance to the realization of the strategy of strengthening China's civil aviation.
