天津港散杂货装卸价格管理问题研究

【摘要】:在国际航运日益兴盛及我国沿海港口争相发展的背景下,各港口为争夺区域性中心地位,对货源的竞争已经愈演愈烈,价格竞争亦成为了重要手段。天津港作为中国北方最大的港口,是京津冀地区重要的口岸通道,为区域的经济发展提供了重要的支撑,同时在环渤海经济区中的散杂货装卸业务中占有重要的市场地位,但是随着区域中各港口的崛起,散杂货货源被不断分流,天津港的市场份额亦被逐渐削减。因此分析价格因素对市场份额的影响大小,同时建立合理的价格管理机制以应对周边港口竞争及实现天津港自身的可持续发展,是目前天津港所要面临的重要课题。 本文从经济学的价格理论着手研究,首先分析了国内外港口散杂货装卸价格的现状,深入研究我国沿海港口装卸价格的管理机制,指出其中存在的问题。同时对美国、欧洲、日本等发达国家的港口定价策略及价格管理机制进行总结归纳,吸取其先进经验,以期对天津港的散杂货装卸价格管理制度的建立提供借鉴。 其次,通过对天津港散杂货各货类的吞吐量及与环渤海各港口的对比分析,研究天津港在环渤海经济圈散杂货装卸市场中所处的市场地位,同时结合未来天津港及环渤海各港口的发展和竞争趋势为天津港装卸服务价格管理机制的制定提供分析基础及数据支持。 最后,对天津港的散杂货的价格管理现状进行了分析,在此基础上提出了天津港散杂货管理总体思路,对各主要散杂货货种制定了价格管理机制,并针对铁矿石货种进行了具体的测算。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the increasing prosperity of international shipping and the competitive development of coastal ports in China, in order to compete for the regional central position, the competition for the source of goods has become more and more fierce, and the price competition has become an important means. Tianjin Port, as the largest port in northern China, is an important port passage in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, which provides important support for regional economic development. At the same time, Tianjin Port occupies an important market position in the bulk cargo handling business in the Bohai Sea Economic Zone. However, with the rise of ports in the region, the supply of bulk and miscellaneous goods has been continuously diverted, and the market share of Tianjin Port has been gradually reduced. Therefore, it is an important task for Tianjin Port to analyze the influence of price factors on market share, and to establish a reasonable price management mechanism to deal with the competition of surrounding ports and to realize the sustainable development of Tianjin Port itself. Based on the price theory of economics, this paper first analyzes the present situation of loading and unloading prices of bulk goods in ports at home and abroad, deeply studies the management mechanism of loading and unloading prices in coastal ports of our country, and points out the existing problems. At the same time, the port pricing strategy and price management mechanism of developed countries such as the United States, Europe, Japan and other developed countries are summarized and summarized, and their advanced experience is absorbed in order to provide reference for the establishment of bulk cargo loading and unloading price management system in Tianjin Port. Secondly, through the comparative analysis of the throughput of Tianjin Port bulk goods and the ports around Bohai Sea, this paper studies the market position of Tianjin Port in the bulk cargo loading and unloading market of Bohai Economic Circle, and provides the analysis basis and data support for the formulation of Tianjin Port loading and unloading service price management mechanism combined with the development and competition trend of Tianjin Port and Bohai Rim ports in the future. Finally, the present situation of price management of bulk groceries in Tianjin Port is analyzed, on the basis of which the overall idea of bulk groceries management in Tianjin Port is put forward, the price management mechanism of each main bulk groceries is established, and the specific calculation of iron ore varieties is carried out.
