长三角区域临港煤炭储备物流基地选址研究

【摘要】:煤炭是我国的主要消费能源,在一次能源生产和消费中,它所占据比重高达70%左右,但从煤炭地理分布来看,我国的煤炭资源分布极不均匀,北方和西北地区是煤炭主产区,南方用煤大省反而资源匮乏,这种产销不同地的情况,使我国煤炭业形成“西煤东送、北煤南运”的格局,煤炭在北方海港装船下水后,通过海轮输送至长三角区域港口进行中转,以江轮转运至华中地区和长江中上游地区,在煤炭“海进江”重要节点——长三角港口建立临港煤炭储备物流基地,无疑具有重要的经济意义和战略意义。本文基于上述分析,进行长三角区域临港煤炭储备物流基地选址应用研究。 本文首先综合对比了物流基地的一般选址方法,对不同的物流选址理论,分析其各自的优缺点及适用范围,最终确定采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法相结合的方式进行本研究。其次,就我国煤炭行业现状以及煤炭物流业发展趋势进行了系统分析,对长三角区域临港煤炭储备物流基地的概念和特点进行了总结,并根据这些特点提出了它应具有的功能服务:区域煤炭储备功能、配煤物流服务功能、“海进江”中转功能、煤炭供应链延伸服务功能。对建立长三角区域临港煤炭储备物流基地所需注意的环节进行了归纳。 在上述理论基础上,,运用层次分析法建立了长三角区域临港煤炭储备物流基地选址影响因素指标体系,分为五个一级指标和二十个二级指标,计算出各指标的权重,进行一致性比例检验,然后代入实际案例中,对长三角区域港口群中筛选出来的三个备选方案,分别进行模糊综合评价打分,选出最优方案——江阴港,对最优方案作出解释,并实际分析了本研究的价值。
[Abstract]:Coal is the main energy of consumption in China. In the production and consumption of coal resources, it has a specific gravity of about 70%. However, from the coal distribution of coal, the distribution of coal resources in China is very uneven, and the north and the northwest are the main coal-producing areas of the coal. The coal industry in the south is a shortage of resources, and the production and marketing of the coal industry is different, so that the coal industry in China has a "The East of the West Coal and the South of the North Coal" pattern. After the coal is loaded in the north sea port, the coal is transported to the port of the Yangtze River Delta through the sea wheel to be transferred, and the river wheel is transported to the central China and the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. In the important node of the coal "Haijin River", the establishment of the port of the coal reserve logistics base of the port of the Yangtze River Delta has no doubt of important economic significance and strategic significance. Based on the above analysis, this paper makes a study on the site selection and application of the coal reserve logistics base in the area of the Yangtze River Delta. In this paper, the general location method of the logistics base is compared, the different logistics location theory is analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages and the application range of the logistics base are analyzed, and the method of the combination of the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is finally determined. In this paper, the present situation of coal industry in the Yangtze River Delta and the development trend of coal logistics industry are analyzed systematically, and the concept and characteristics of the coal reserve logistics base in the area of the Yangtze River Delta are summarized, and the function service it should have is put forward according to these characteristics: regional coal reserve work Energy, coal blending logistics service function, "Haijin River" transfer function, coal supply chain extension service work It can be used to set up the links to the establishment of the coal reserve logistics base of the port of the Yangtze River Delta On the basis of the above-mentioned theory, the index system of the influence factors of the site selection of the coal reserve logistics base in the area of the Yangtze River Delta is established by using the analytic hierarchy process, which is divided into five primary indexes and twenty secondary indexes, and the weight of each index is calculated and the consistency ratio is carried out. In the actual case, the three alternatives to the regional port group of the Yangtze River Delta are evaluated, the optimal scheme _ Jiangyin port is selected, the optimal scheme is explained, and the present study is actually analyzed.
