Air Transportation in Guinea, Challenges and Solutions Case

几内亚是一个大约有着12900000人口的国家,拥有者世界最大的铝土矿、未开发的优质铁矿石、金矿、钻石等资源。同时也有着巨大的农业潜力。金矿、铝土矿以及钻石是该国家主要产出。国际投资者们对于几内亚未开发资源产生的兴趣将促进几内亚未来的发展虽然国家有着经济潜力,但国家目前仍然在通过发展公路、铁路以及海运来艰难地发展实体经济,使国家不再缺少基础设施;当几内亚各城市之间甚至几内亚与各邻国之间的贸易更加频繁的时候,空运系统的恢复也使得几内亚对世界各地的投资者开放在2002年,几内亚国家航空公司因为以下原因而倒闭:1.低效的管理2.政府的干涉3.金融资源的缺乏4.竞争压力大最近,几内亚政府试图创立新的国家航空公司,但由于以下几点原因而没有成功:1.合作伙伴(AIR RWANDA)技术及金融经验不足2.国家资金调动率低以及金融伙伴成立并管理着公司资本3.没有专业的项目可行性研究去评估它的利润同时没有业务启动计划为了有效地重建国家航空公司,在本文的最后,作者提出了几点建议:1、大小合作伙伴之间应该联合起来2、需要使得小国家之间的管理变得融洽
