【摘要】：在经济全球化背景下,发展中国家对外投资问题日益成为关注的焦点。本文在分析国际对外投资领域研究成果的基础上,以具体和动态的视角研究了发达国家和发展中国家矿业企业的发展以及对外投资路径,进而从矿业企业外部环境与企业能力两个角度对两类企业进行了对比分析,并给出了简要的结论。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, the problem of developing countries' outward investment is becoming the focus of attention. This paper studies the development of mining enterprises in developed and developing countries and the path of their outward investment from a specific and dynamic perspective, and then makes a comparative analysis of the two types of enterprises from the perspective of external environment and enterprise capability of mining enterprises. A brief conclusion is given.
