快递城市共同配送联盟成本分摊模型研究

【摘要】：伴随着电子商务环境下的客户对快递配送的服务要求越来越高，快递企业城市配送逐渐出现高频率、小批量、时效性高、准确性高、个性化服务多等特点，使得快递企业的运营出现运营成本居高不下、管理难度逐步升级及市场拓展举步维艰等问题，同时，也造成社会交通系统运作压力增大与城市环保问题日趋严重。快递城市共同配送理念的提出，为解决快递企业持续发展及缓解城市交通压力的问题提供了一个新的思路；然而，有关快递城市共同配送联盟的成本分摊问题，作为事关联盟运作稳定性的关键因素，一直以来未得到很好地解决。因而，本文重点对快递城市共同配送联盟的成本分摊模型的构建进行研究。本文的研究主要包含三个方面的内容。首先，分析了快递行业的发展现状及选题研究的意义，阐述了快递业、共同配送及成本分摊的研究现状，并介绍了企业联盟、快递配送及共同配送的相关理论；其次，通过对现有联盟管理模式的分析，提出了经纪人团队代理的管理模式，并对快递城市共同配送联盟组建机制中的组织体系、运作模式等进行了分析说明；最后，介绍了现有的成本分摊方法，并分析了各自的优点，在此基础上，构建了基于多影响因子的快递城市共同配送联盟成本分摊模型，对相关影响因子的确定进行了详细的分析说明，并结合一个算例，对其有效性进行了验证。
[Abstract]:With the customers in the electronic commerce environment of express delivery service requirements are becoming higher and higher, express delivery enterprises gradually appear high frequency, small batch, high timeliness, high accuracy, personalized service and other characteristics. Causes the express delivery enterprise operation to appear the operation cost to be high, the management difficulty escalates step by step and the market expansion difficult and so on question, at the same time, The concept of joint distribution in express delivery cities provides a new way of thinking to solve the problems of sustainable development of express delivery enterprises and ease the pressure of urban traffic; however, the proposed concept of joint distribution of express delivery cities provides a new way to solve the problems of the sustainable development of express delivery enterprises and the relief of urban traffic pressure. As a key factor affecting the stability of the joint distribution alliance of express delivery cities, the cost sharing problem has not been solved very well. This paper focuses on the construction of cost-sharing model of courier city joint distribution alliance. The research of this paper mainly includes three aspects. Firstly, it analyzes the development of express delivery industry and the significance of the research, expounds the research status of express delivery industry, joint distribution and cost allocation, and introduces the enterprise alliance. The related theories of express delivery and joint distribution. Secondly, through the analysis of the existing alliance management mode, the paper puts forward the management model of broker team agent, and the organization system of the organization mechanism of courier city joint distribution alliance. Finally, the existing cost allocation methods are introduced, and their advantages are analyzed. On this basis, the cost allocation model of courier city joint distribution alliance based on multi-influence factors is constructed. The determination of relevant influence factors is analyzed in detail, and its validity is verified by an example.
