【摘要】：随着我国经济的发展,中小企业得到了飞速的发展,中小企业融资困难在我国中小企业的发展中尤为突出。融资难的问题已经发展成为中小企业过程中的“瓶颈”问题,严重阻碍了中小企业的健康发展。本文就山东海阳HYT毛衫公司融资中存在的问题及现状、成因进行了分析,借鉴国内外融资现状及融资方式,积极研究解决的对策,通过对公司近年来数据的分析,探索性地提出了有形资产、无形资产、新兴融资方式等融资方式进行融资,通过对以上融资方式的成本风险及产业的影响分析,选择其适合公司发展的以有形资产融资为主、以无形资产及村镇银行及网络银行融资为辅的融资方式。这对于公司的发展有着非常重要意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy, the small and medium-sized enterprises have got the rapid development, the financing difficulty of the small and medium-sized enterprises is especially prominent in the development of our country's small and medium-sized enterprises.The problem of difficult financing has become a bottleneck in the process of SMEs, which seriously hinders the healthy development of SMEs.This paper analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the financing of Shandong Haiyang HYT sweaters Company, draws lessons from the domestic and foreign financing status and financing methods, actively studies and solves the countermeasures, through the analysis of the company data in recent years.Through the analysis of the cost risk of the above financing methods and the impact of the industry, the author chooses the financing of tangible assets which is suitable for the development of the company, which is based on the financing of tangible assets, which is suitable for the development of the company, through the analysis of the cost risk of the above financing methods and the impact of the industry.With intangible assets and village bank and network bank financing as supplementary financing method.This is very important for the development of the company.
