LS集团导入供应链系统的实战研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化和信息技术的迅猛发展,企业之间的竞争日益激烈,技术革新和管理方式的转换成为企业是否能够立足市场的关键所在,供应链管理是一种追求整体利益最优化的集成化管理模式。在此情况下,对整条供应链在成本、客户响应、库存方面进行优化,同时,在引入不公平关切理论的条件下,探讨供应链节点之间契约方式,寻求最佳的供应链运营模式,提升供应链的竞争力,具有理论价值和现实意义。本课题在研究分析前人成果后,理论分析和实际应用相结合,以T集团M事业部A产品所在的供应链为例,进行供应链成本优化及协调仿真研究。 (1)总结了国内外供应链成本优化及协调研究的现状,并概括了目前存在的主要问题。 (2)分析了传统供应链与基于VMI供应链运作机理,传统供应链的的弊端及采用VMI的必要性;同时,以实际企业为例,划分了企业了成本子系统;论证了采用系统动力学仿真模拟供应链成本优化及协调的可行性。 (3)从系统动力学的角度建立了传统供应链和基于VMI模式的供应链因果反馈环路;运用Vensim_PLE软件构建了传统供应链和基于VMI模式的供应链系统动力学流图,并对模型进行有效性测试。 (4)以T集团M事业部A产品2013年1月至2013年12月周销量为输入端,观察制造商和零售商的库存、订单响应情况、客户需求变化以及供应链运作的总成本等参数,结果证明T集团M事业部A产品所在的供应链应采用VMI模式,可以有效的降低库存,减小牛鞭效应,降低总成本;同时对供应链优化提出了合理化建议。 (5)将不公平关切理论引入到VMI供应链模型中,针对制造商管理零售商库存所产生的成本,调节两者之间的分摊系数,观察关切度的波动情况。 (6)建立不公平关切下与收益共享契约相结合新的供应链运作模式,观察固定批发价和利润调整模型下不公平关切度的变化,比较三中方式中制造商、零售商成本、利润以及不公平关切度等参数,最终确定最适合A产品的运营模式。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Supply chain management (SCM) is an integrated management model which pursues the optimization of overall interests.In this case, the whole supply chain is optimized in terms of cost, customer response and inventory. At the same time, under the condition of introducing the theory of unfair concern, the contract mode between the nodes of the supply chain is discussed to find the best supply chain operation mode.It is of theoretical value and practical significance to enhance the competitiveness of supply chain.After studying and analyzing the previous achievements, this paper combines the theory analysis with the practical application, taking the supply chain in which the product A of M Division of T Group is located as an example, carries on the supply chain cost optimization and the coordination simulation research.This paper summarizes the current situation of research on supply chain cost optimization and coordination at home and abroad, and summarizes the main problems.2) analyzing the operation mechanism of traditional supply chain and supply chain based on VMI, the disadvantages of traditional supply chain and the necessity of adopting VMI, taking the actual enterprise as an example, dividing the cost subsystem of enterprise.The feasibility of simulating supply chain cost optimization and coordination by system dynamics simulation is demonstrated.3) the traditional supply chain and supply chain causal feedback loop based on VMI mode are established from the point of view of system dynamics, and the dynamic flow diagram of traditional supply chain and supply chain system based on VMI mode is constructed by using Vensim_PLE software.The validity of the model is tested.In order to observe the inventory, order response, customer demand change and the total cost of the supply chain operation, the T Group M business unit A product sales volume from January 2013 to December 2013 was used as input, and the inventory of manufacturers and retailers, order response, customer demand change and total cost of supply chain operation were observed.The results show that the supply chain of T Group M Division A products should adopt VMI mode, which can effectively reduce inventory, bullwhip effect and total cost, and at the same time put forward some reasonable suggestions for supply chain optimization.The unfair concern theory is introduced into the VMI supply chain model to adjust the allocation coefficient and observe the fluctuation of the degree of concern in view of the cost incurred by the manufacturer to manage the retailer's inventory.(6) to establish a new supply chain operation model under unfair concern and income sharing contract, observe the change of unfair concern under fixed wholesale price and profit adjustment model, compare the cost of manufacturer and retailer in three middle schools.Profit and unfair degree of concern and other parameters to determine the most suitable for product A operating mode.
