中美非营利组织会计比较及启示

【摘要】：非营利组织作为一种社会组织形态,在社会经济发展的过程中扮演着越来越重要的角色。我国关于非营利组织会计理论研究并没有像企业会计那样受到重视,与西方国家相距甚远。美国关于非营利组织会计的研究始于20世纪30年代,具有相对成熟的理论体系。文章通过比较中美非营利组织会计的会计主体、会计确认基础、会计要素和财务报告,探讨中美非营利组织会计方面的差异,分析我国非营利组织会计存在的不足,并提出建议和措施。
[Abstract]:As a form of social organization, non-profit organization plays a more and more important role in the process of social and economic development.The research on the accounting theory of non-profit organizations in our country has not been paid as much attention as corporate accounting, which is far from the western countries.The research on non-profit organization accounting in the United States began in the 1930s and has a relatively mature theoretical system.By comparing the accounting subjects, the basis of accounting recognition, the accounting elements and financial reports between China and the United States, this paper discusses the differences in accounting between China and the United States, and analyzes the shortcomings of the accounting of non-profit organizations in China.And put forward suggestions and measures.
