弹用发动机研制、生产成本分析及估算方法研究

【摘要】:弹用发动机的技术在武器装备的发展过程中具有重要的作用。随着发动机性能不断提高,发动机结构变得越来越复杂,发动机的设计、生产和维护费用不断攀升。因此,降低弹用发动机的全寿命周期费用逐渐成为发动机设计、研制的重要设计要求和约束,将寿命周期费用作为独立变量的方法也逐渐成为国外(特别是美国)武器装备采办的一项重要技术和管理方法。我国的国防预算开支一直比较有限,用于研制发展弹用发动机的经费更是严重不足。因此,将降低全寿命周期费用或提高经济可承受性作为我国弹用发动机技术研究和发展的一项重要要求也变得十分迫切。 国外对弹用发动机等武器装备的全寿命周期费用及其估算方法的研究要远远早于我国,但近些年国内对于这一方面的研究也有了较大的进展。目前估算弹用发动机等武器装备的全寿命周期费用的方法主要有参数估算法、工程估算法、类比估算法和专家判断估算法,还有其他一些智能估算方法,比如神经网络法,灰色建模估算法等等。本文对这些方法的涵义、估算过程、优缺点和适用范围进行了分析。 本文在对弹用发动机研制成本和生产成本的详细分解和分析的基础上,,采用了灰色系统参数建模方法对弹用发动机的研制成本进行估算,选用GM(0,N)模型,系统阐述了建立了估算模型的思想和过程,由于国内缺乏弹用发动机相关数据,因此使用国外型号发动机成本和性能参数数据进行实例估算,并进行了精度检验,结果令人满意。同时,采用工程估算法对弹用发动机的生产成本进行估算,首先对发动机机构进行分解和编码,构建了生产成本类目,然后运用图示和文字两种方式描述了生产成本估算的详细步骤和流程,并以轴流式压气机为例具体说明工程估算方法。 最后,本文提出了弹用发动机全寿命周期费用管理的原则,并且从技术和管理两个层面分别提出了降低弹用发动机研制和生产成本的对策建议。
[Abstract]:The technology of missile engine plays an important role in the development of weapon equipment. With the improvement of engine performance, the structure of engine becomes more and more complicated, and the cost of engine design, production and maintenance is increasing. Therefore, reducing the whole life cycle cost of projectile engine has gradually become an important design requirement and constraint for engine design and development. Taking the life cycle cost as an independent variable has gradually become an important technology and management method for the acquisition of weapons and equipment abroad (especially in the United States). The national defense budget of our country has been limited all the time, and the funds for the development of projectile engines are even more insufficient. Therefore, it is very urgent to reduce the life-cycle cost or improve the economic affordability as an important requirement for the research and development of missile engine technology in China. The research on the whole life cycle cost and its estimation method of missile engine and other weapon equipments abroad is far earlier than that of our country, but in recent years, there has been great progress in this field in our country. At present, the main methods of estimating the life-cycle cost of weapon equipment such as missile engine are parameter estimation, engineering estimation, analogy estimation and expert estimation, and other intelligent estimation methods, such as neural network method. Grey modeling estimation method and so on. In this paper, the meaning, estimation process, advantages and disadvantages and applicable scope of these methods are analyzed. Based on the detailed decomposition and analysis of the development cost and production cost of the projectile engine, the grey system parameter modeling method is used to estimate the development cost of the projectile engine, and the GM0 / N) model is selected. The idea and process of establishing the estimation model are expounded systematically. Because of the lack of related data of missile engine in our country, the cost and performance parameter data of foreign model engine are used for example estimation, and the accuracy is tested. The result is satisfactory. At the same time, the engineering estimation method is used to estimate the production cost of the projectile engine. Firstly, the engine mechanism is decomposed and coded, and the production cost category is constructed. Then, the detailed steps and flow of production cost estimation are described by means of graph and text, and the engineering estimation method is explained in detail by taking axial flow compressor as an example. Finally, this paper puts forward the principle of the whole life cycle cost management of the missile engine, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the development and production cost of the missile engine from the two aspects of technology and management respectively.
