基于产业集群的农业企业融资研究

【摘要】：农业企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,作为农村经济的主体,对促进农业和农村发展意义重大。在我国,农业企业为繁荣农村经济、增加农民收入、提高农产品的国际竞争力做出了重要的贡献。然而农业企业大多规模小、抗风险能力弱,与中小企业一样面临融资难的问题,且由于农业企业天生的弱质性,其融资环境更为恶劣。融资难已成为阻碍农业企业发展的重要瓶颈。产业集群作为一种新型经济组织,在融资方面具有独特的理论优势,是破解农业企业融资难的有效途径。然而在实际上却存在着产业集群的理论优势与现实中呈现融资困境的矛盾。因此,探讨如何发挥产业集群的融资优势、建立和完善产业集群融资体系、缓解农业企业融资难的问题具有非常重要的现实意义。本文在理论分析的基础上,首先研究我国农业企业的融资现状及其成因,明确农业企业的融资困境亟待解决。其次,引出产业集群的概念,利用产业集群的融资优势提出产业集群是破解农业企业融资难的有效途径,并对现实中影响产业集群融资优势的因素进行分析,为下文的政策分析找到切入点。最后,在上述分析的基础上,借鉴世界各国的集群融资模式,并结合我国的实际国情,探讨适合我国的集群融资模式,为完善我国的集群融资模式改善农业企业的融资现状提出了相关的政策建议,主要包括政府支助、建立健全的担保体系、开拓多层次的资本市场以及成立专门的金融机构四个方面的内容。
[Abstract]:Agricultural enterprise is an important part of our national economy, as the main body of rural economy, it is of great significance to promote agriculture and rural development. In China, agricultural enterprises have made important contributions to the prosperity of rural economy, the increase of farmers' income and the improvement of the international competitiveness of agricultural products. However, most agricultural enterprises are small in scale and weak in their ability to resist risks. They are faced with the problem of financing as well as small and medium-sized enterprises, and because of the inherent weakness of agricultural enterprises, their financing environment is even worse. The difficulty of financing has become an important bottleneck hindering the development of agricultural enterprises. As a new type of economic organization, industrial cluster has unique theoretical advantages in financing and is an effective way to solve the financing difficulties of agricultural enterprises. However, there is a contradiction between the theoretical advantages of industrial clusters and the financing dilemma in reality. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to explore how to give full play to the financing advantages of industrial clusters, to establish and perfect the financing system of industrial clusters, and to alleviate the financing difficulties of agricultural enterprises. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper first studies the present situation and causes of financing of agricultural enterprises in China, and clarifies that the financing dilemma of agricultural enterprises needs to be solved urgently. Secondly, it introduces the concept of industrial cluster, puts forward that industrial cluster is an effective way to solve the financing difficulties of agricultural enterprises, and analyzes the factors that affect the financing advantage of industrial cluster. Find an entry point for the policy analysis below. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, the paper draws lessons from the cluster financing model of various countries in the world, and discusses the cluster financing model suitable for our country in combination with the actual situation of our country. In order to improve the mode of cluster financing in our country and improve the current financing situation of agricultural enterprises, some relevant policy suggestions are put forward, including government support and establishment of a sound guarantee system. Open up multi-level capital market and set up special financial institutions in four aspects.
